1 starWe were verbally attacked in front of our room by another guest who lived here. The front staff heard him cussing and yelling before this happened and said nothing to him. The phones in our rooms did not work. We were denied a refund even though they put us in an unsafe place. Do not stay here. This place is full of drug activity and they do not care. the first room they put us in smelled like cat urine. There was mold in another room. The toilet in the second room had screws that were exposed and would stab you. The front staff always seem to gave a sign that says they will return in 10 minutes due to walking the property. They did not call the police we did from our cell phone. They probably wouldnt have trespassed the guy but he was arguing with the front desk lady as well. We also couldn't leave because of funds and we had family from out of state that had flights. We had 5 rooms. We were stuck here. When I called to explain the incident like I was told the manager was super rude and had an attitude then hung up on me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Review fromMario C

1 starLet me first start off by saying, this hotel is a joke and should be shut down. The check-in process was a ridiculous by any means. Called ahead, confirm room. Asked them if they were fine with ****, which they said they were. Not the case.Arrived on-site, at front desk, Amex declined.... credit limit not an issue. Tried again, no luck. Called Amex, could not see the transaction attempts , system issue? Front desk attendant called his manager I guess, could not understand what they were saying because they were speaking some foreign language, which is another problem. (Very rude)Was told to try another card, why? Was told to get cash, did not want to.After the third call, later learned that they do not take ****, well, they could have said that in the beginning.Lack of manager to employee communication and lack of business to customer *****************, experience gets even better, went to room and what I saw, unacceptable.Appeared uncleaned for a week. Toilet had a ring , toilet paper in the water. Shower curtain had blue stains on it The front door looked terrible, in need of paint, blistered. A curtain in the room but no ********* lights on nightstands, they removed them due to prior fights between hotel guests Nightstands looked terrible, missing stain/paint The dresser had drill holes on top Sink area was also terrible, the mirror molding was not even finished and looked like it had been ripped down.Onto the bathroom:The shower head was terrible Ceiling looked as if it was patched yesterday with the drywall tape hanging and the patch falling. Shower rods mounted terrible to wall. soap and shampoo, enough for one shower? When I asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, it was like I was asking for a million dollars. 1 starDo not stay at this hotel. The owner is horrible doesn't know how to treat his guests. Some of the employees are horrible to. Rooms smell horrid of smoke and are outdated. Tvs are old, heavy use of drugs on the by some residents that extend stay. Owner stays on premises in suites in the back and won't open the others up for reservations. No breakfast as advertised only waffles and some great value snacks from ******* "cheap" I've stayed at many hotels and this by far is my worst experience I've ever had in my life.Review fromElizabeth C

1 starSleep in a park,NOT here! We had to get a place urgently. I booked a 2 bed rm for my fam. Walking to the room a worker was in a rm painting & installing aTV at 5:30pm. At the rm the key card wouldnt work, I went to the desk to get the card reactivated, back to the rm & the card still didnt work, back to the desk again, another card & still it didnt work.Back to the desk, the clerk asked a man in a cowboy hat (no name tag/logo to ID him as an employee) a key to manually unlock the door.Back at the rm the man unlocked the door &said the batteries need to be changed. We changed & left. While trying to leave we were gated in, there was no key pad to get out. I later saw someone in the lobby watching the cameras& pressing a garage door opener when a car pulled up to let them in/out, if people are busy you wait. The key didnt work when we got backat 11:30p, I go to the desk & tell them we need a rm w/a working lock.I asked for another 2 bed rm, I was told I couldnt get a new rm until our belongings were out of the old rm. I CANT get my stuff out b/c the key doesnt work Security walked up w/me & get our stuff out, worker still working at midnight. We get our stuff, go back to the desk to get our next rm, its a king &no other rooms are open.The rm had rat ****, dirty sheets on the ************** stains on the mattress, I ask for clean bedding & pillows, told they couldnt get me any til housekeeping came on Monday. The adults slept sitting onthe floor & kids slept on bath towels in all their clothes We left 6hrs later, having noted homeless people loitering outside our rm much of the night as well as the worker working on the above us intothe early morning.***** mater, dried blood and pubic hair all over in the room and clean bed and bath, a hypodermic needle was in the courtyard as we left. I asked to speak with the manager before leaving to which I was told I would have to call Monday, I have called 3xs ******* is not available or the clerk gatekeeps management .Review fromResa S.

1 starSome customers are being charged on their cards days after they have checked out and paid their Bill in full with a card at the time of checking ***** if you get a room there and using a card to pay upfront. You will be charged again days after you leave .Then refuse to communicate with you saying maybe in a couple days you may be refunded.. The one in forest MsReview fromB. L

1 starThis hotel is absolutely horrible to stay at and to work for. I work there and the first pay I was suppose to get which is today I haven't gotten. Everyone has been paid but me. He will not answer my calls or text. So I will be filing a complaint. They do not care how their rooms look bc I'm a house keeper and when I started u had to scrub the h*** out of the tubs and showers. It seems like they haven't been cleaned in months!!! This hotel is a joke!! Take it from someone who worked and stay there .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS HOTEL. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!Review fromdon h

I booked the hotel online for a week. 390.oo. im traveling. checked into the room and immediately knew this wasn't going to work with me. the bed wasn't made and it smelled like an ash tray. food under the bed. s**** on the floor. ??the worst ive seen. to make it worse they refused to refund my money.Review fromLisa B

1 starMy husband and I stayed one night at this hotel and we were disgusted. The place is filthy and we discovered the next morning there were bed bugs. We were charged for the stay and since then I have been getting bogus daily charge attempts on my credit card for thousands of dollars. I cancelled my credit card and have opened a fraud case. In the mean time I contacted the corporate office and they said theyre individually owned so hence no help. This hotel needs to have disciplinary action taken, the health department needs to take a visit and I believe it should be closed.Review fromJoseph S

1 starI checked in, briefly, to see if they had a privacy fan. They did not. I immediately checked out when I found out they didn't have a fan(privacy fan) in said bedroom was told I had to email said owners via the manager. No harm, no foul. 1 starThis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the worst service I have ever experienced. From their managers to the staff, no one cares about the guests' feelings or even safety! Am I going through this because I am Asian and they are racist?I hadn't checked out yet when someone from the hotel broke into my room. When I returned to my room, I found the door open, the sheets piled in the corner, and my Apple air pods missing. Later I checked the location of the headphones and found that someone had taken them home. I could see from my phone that someone was using them. I called the front desk, and they said the air pods were in the hotel, but they weren't. I said I could see the location, and the front desk was obviously panicked. I knew she was with the thief. I told the front desk to call the police, and the thief immediately sent the air pods back to the hotel, and I could see the whole process.I asked to speak to the manager, but after two days, no one contacted me and I couldn't find the manager. The front desk even hung up on me rudely. I asked to return the headphones, but they asked me to pay for the postage! With such attitude and service, I was even worried that they would only send me a used toilet paper!When I booked the room, I thought the negative reviews on ****** were fake, but I didn't expect them to be 100% true. These are all personal experiences of customers who have been deceived and insulted.This has not been resolved, I have not been able to contact anyone and the air pods have not been returned to me, even though they are there! They meant something to me and they ruined my holiday, ruined everything!!!!
