    I am writing this review to bring attention to my experience with Penacon, particularly to the account of my client, who is currently incarcerated. My client requested that her account be removed due to ongoing harassment from random men, which has made her situation even more challenging. On her behalf, I formally contacted Penacon, providing a notarized power of attorney document to validate my request. Despite my efforts, I encountered significant resistance and a lack of consideration from the company's representatives. They repeatedly expressed indifference toward my identity and authority, stating that they prioritize the interests of inmates. However, this raises an important question: if inmates are facing harassment, how is the company genuinely fulfilling its purpose? It seems counterproductive for an organization that claims to support inmates to allow a situation where harassment can occur unchecked.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Penacon, encouraging them to take the concerns of their clients and their representatives more seriously. They must implement better policies to protect vulnerable individuals and ensure that their services are truly in the best interest of inmates.
