    Hi ****,

    Thanks for reaching out, we take privacy extremely seriously at Alignable. I looked into this and found that you opted to connect your address book to Alignable. Without that permission to connect your book, we are not able to access and of the contacts. Most email servers show you the attached messages before you can move forward. 

    Although it is completely optional and not required to use Alignable, connecting your email address book is the fastest, easiest way to build your network on Alignable by including those who you already know, and inviting those who are not yet on the platform. You had the option to select all or specific contacts, or even skip the process. If you chose not to skip this process, invitations to join Alignable have gone out on your behalf to the contacts you chose. 

    Once the invitations are sent, they cannot be rescinded or unsent, however by removing your address book, it will stop further invitations from going out. You will not lose any existing connections that have already been made.

    This company won't stop emailing me despite multiple requests on my behalf for them to stop. I also do not want emails from their affiliates

    Thanks for reaching out.  I looked into this and you only emailed us one time and were given the option to unsubscribe on September 20th.  You deactivated your account which unsubscribes you. Our last email to you was on September 20th at 2:48 PM UTC. You did not have a paid account or any other paid service to be refunded as requested as a remedy.

    Your contact as well as all contacts you uploaded to Alignable have been removed on Sept 20, 2023 as stated above.

    Today, my company encountered a serious issue with Alignable that I believe warrants immediate attention. Without our approval, numerous invitations were sent from our domain to random email addresses, posing as official communications from our company. This not only jeopardizes our reputation but also raises severe concerns about the platform's security and integrity.We reached out to Alignable's executive team as soon as we became aware of this situation, hoping for a swift and adequate response. Regrettably, we received no communication in return, further eroding our trust in their service.At this point, we can't be sure whether Alignable's system was compromised or if this is an inherent issue with their service. Regardless, the potential damage to our reputation and the clear lack of customer support make it impossible for us to recommend Alignable to others.Our Advice: If you're considering using Alignable, proceed with caution. We strongly advise against connecting your company's domain address to their service, as you run the risk of unauthorized and potentially harmful actions being taken on your behalf

    I found a company online that was called CALLONDOC. I contacted them because I needed a blood pressure replacement pill because I was experiencing high pressure. I paid $70 and what was listed on their website is that it would only take 2 hours to get an approval. It took over 6 hours for them to assist and address my issue. I was told they were busy but they kept asking idle questions and purposely delaying my request. It took multiple complaints by text and messages to get it resolved. They are not honest about their process or care what a patient is going thru. Further more the rates they have available are a gimmick. They should have offered the $35 dollar plan because I would have been treated the same way.

    We had a paid account $150 a month with alignment in various areas of the ************ for 6 months this is a month to month agreement.********** ************ We opted to go with a free account considering we were not getting any business or calls from this activity had a email conversation with *************** in late June we have confirmation by email that there would be no credibility since then we have been billed twice for the monthly service even though our service has gone to a free service we have emailed them call them everything you can do they said they had it resolved and then come find out they disputed our dispute and continue billing to this day I'm not sure what else to do they do not respond and when they do they don't follow through and keep their *********************************** has all Communication screenshots

    You did in fact change your account from a paid, Verified account to a free, Explorer account in June and have not been charged for a membership since then.  However, you also had a newsletter advertisement sponsorship that you did not cancel. When you decide to advertise in a newsletter for a community on Alignable, you become the sponsor of that community, which is paid on a monthly recurring basis. You remain the community sponsor until you decide to cancel your sponsorship subscription by going to the My Sponsorship page. All three of your sponsorships were started on February 2nd 2023. ********* ($100) was ended on August 2, 2023; ************ ($100) was ended on July 19, 2023; and ********** ($50) was ended on August 2, 2023.  The $150 charge you are referring to and disputed with your bank were for the ********* and ********** Newsletters that were not cancelled when you downgraded your membership.

    So if you decided to cancel three of those why would you not cancel all of those what you've done is replaced two sponsorships in lieu of the $150 I was paying you I've never paid more than $150 for everything and now you tell me I have to cancel two more sponsorships to reduce the rate to Zero from what is currently 150 it doesn't make sense even if that math did make sense why did you cancel the other sponsorships when you say I made my request why would you leave too intact in forced that doesn't make sense to me in any case I want it all dropped and I've also paid you I've tried to resolve this for what is now 2 months and you have yet to answer my questions until now through the BBB I find that also interesting I'm tired of this I have other things to do like run my business and I don't believe this is the way you want your customers feeling about the way you do business

     

    Drop "the other bills". Don't make me jump through new Hoops because that's an easy Avenue for you to keep collecting money

     I'm very dissatisfied with the Shady way you communicated which is only when I've called you out through a dispute on the billing on my credit card and now through the BBB I've emailed you probably 10 times at a minimum and you have yet to answer one of my emails unless it's a generated auto response you're not very professional unless you're held to a higher standard than your accustomed to providing I don't like it I want to end all of my billing with you and continue with my free service which I have now paid quite a bit for

    Unfortunately, we did not cancel the sponsorships for you.  You cancelled just one of them on your own.  We have no way to know that you wanted to cancel all 3 of your sponsorships without you telling us to do so, or cancelling the other two on your own.  We have many sponsors who cancel some communities and keep others as advertising ebbs and flows.

    Again, we are unable to refund any monies as you have disputed the charges with your bank.  They have removed the funds from our account already and are holding it until they resolve the dispute.

    Thank you for your help in this matter. However, Alignable has contacted me advising all charges have been dropped (see below email thread).

    I'm sure this appeared to be an easy one to determine because it probably looked simple enough, but the situation was not as simple as it looked. 

    Alignable is a great app on the front end, but not easy to maneuver within and not user friendly on the backend to set things up or cancel them. Bottom line, Alignable agreed to cancel everything and have put us back on as a "free" account.

    Illegal access of my Credit Card and charging me to to the tune of $450. over 15 month period at the rate of $30.00 per month. I NEVER registered with Alignable NOR did I ask for an account. UNFORTUNATELY I have numerous credit cards and pay on time every month however I didn't notice this charge until 3 days ago at 4am while up studying came through as a text through my Capital Card. This cards nowadays are locked however I called only to find out the phone number since it was not accessible on the internet. My call was disconnected three times so I called my Card hold and informed them of FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND THAT I HAVE NOT AT ANYTIME AUTHORIZED THIS COMPANY TO CHARGE ME NOR DID I KNOW WHO THEY WERE. That's when they researched my account to find that they have been charging me $30. per month for 15 months. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. THIS THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, I NEED TO BE ADDED TO IT. I am certain other fees attributed to this being a credit card they owe me for that as well. B*******

    Lets see if I can help get to the bottom of this: We have this profile for *****************************, Realtor - ******************************************************** that was set up back in October 17, 2018. 
    Then it looks like on April 25th 2022, using the the same IP address, someone using your email, name, and credit card signed up for our Premium membership. We have record of the membership benefits being utilized after sign up.
    Is there anyone else in your household or business who had access to your account & credit card info as we have no way of charging you without a manual input of the card information from someone being signed into your Alignable account?

    You disputed the charges with the bank and they have already pulled the funds from us to return to you, at this time we cannot issue a refund as the bank has already rescinded the payments.

    This company that I do not even use anymore has taken my profile and begun spamming my entire contact list with requests for connections that I did not approve of. They are doing this without my consent. I have looked into trying to contact them, but they make it as close to impossible to do so as they can. All the reviews I have been seeing have said the same things. I also tried to just delete the account all together and they asked me to send a photo of my ID to even do so and that it could take ***** hours to review that data. This company has scammed many people it seems. They are using my name and photo for spamming purposes. I do not want to be associated with this company whatsoever. They market themselves as the next LinkedIn and scam people into signing up for their premium accounts. Thankfully I never did. I do not condone or consent to this behavior at all. It is my reputation they are staining by doing this. They sent out over 400 emails to people that I did not consent to.

    We are sorry that we never received your emails, we just discovered them in our Spam folders which we have since turned off. We canceled the paid membership and have also refunded June's payment of $31.80.  I also issued another refund for *** due to our email error.

    Due to the Terms and Conditions of our services we are unable to refund you the full amount that you are requesting - back dating 10 months for services that were available to you as you could have cancelled at anytime.  We do not promise results, as everyone's goal is different when joining Alignable.  We share testimonials from our members and data we gather from the network with our members. With Alignable, you need to be active and engage enough to build relationships with other businesses to grow your network and potentially develop referral partners.  You have not logged in since December 5, 2022 or even sent a message since October 12, 2022. 

    We are sorry you did not receive the results you were looking for on Alignable, but we do hope that you made some connections that grew your network.

    Alignable is soliciting for sets of customer data to buy, and then presumably sell. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior.

    We do our very best to make sure all communication on Alignable is as transparent as possible. When you click "invite" or "add to network" emails are sent out to the contacts you select. In your case, you may have invited a few or added all of your contacts. Depending on the actions you took more or fewer email invites would have been sent out. This step in your onboarding process is completely voluntary and not at all required to move forward in Alignable.

    Connecting your address book is optional and you can always hit the grey skip button if you would like to pass on this option. The reason why we suggest importing your network to Alignable is that it allows you to:
    See Who You Know - When you import your network to Alignable, you'll be able to connect with the business owners on Alignable you already know and invite the ones who have yet to join. Instantly growing your network.
    Get Recommended - Recommendations are the key to getting referrals on Alignable and they can come from anywhere. When you import your network, you can invite the businesses that you've worked with to recommend you. The more recommendations, the higher you'll show up in search results.
    Establish Your Presence - Having connections and recommendations on your profile, helps build credibility showing your neighbors that you mean business.

    At this point, I would like to provide you some assurance as to what we will never do. We will never contact anyone in our customer's address books without their permission.     they email us with bogus spam we are requesting them to stop sending us ANY email.We have no interest in dealing with them. We never have contacted them except the last time they send the scam emails, when we requested they remove us from their list and NEVER contact us.That was ignored.

You are not on our mailing list, nor did we send these invitations to you.  I have gone through all of our records and do not have any unsubscribe requests from your company or email domain.

    I reject the response as it was a lie from Alignable . The email clearly states it originates from them Also in the initial email, it states "offer" is only valid for 24 hours , "(Note: this invite expires in 24 hours)

    " then they continue to send messages "Inviting " to be a member we NEVER asked to deal with.

    When someone installs their app or what ever, Aliginable gets a copy of their address book and sends everyone in the list mass emails. then they claim it does not come from them. the attached screenshot shows differently from their false statements

    Hi There,

    As stated before, ****** from ********************* in Overgaard connected her address book to Alignable and selected your email to invite to join.  She gave Alignable permission to invite you on her behalf.  Her invitation comes through the Alignable email server, but Alignable as a company did not use your email.  Note the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the screenshot/email.  This will permanently remove you from receiving these invitations or communications. We did unsubscribe and remove your entire domain from receiving any of these emails going forward.

    As for the address book, this is a completely optional step when onboarding on our platform.  A member has the option to skip each of these steps, if they do not skip, they have the option to invite all contacts, or select who they want to invite. We do our very best to make sure all communication on Alignable is as transparent as possible. When you click "invite" or "add to network" emails are sent out only to the contacts you select. We will never contact anyone in our customer's address books without their permission. We do not sell or rent their contacts either.

    Alyssa from ********************* is not a client of ours.  And your statement contradicts your earlier statement that a member of whatever you are had sent the emails, not you when in fact they were sent from your company. Plus your own email states there is a limited time offer of only 24 hours. Then after the 24 hours, multiple times you send more emails. 

    This seems like a pyramid scheme of sending emails to solicit additional members who then you send emails to everyone in their address book to solicit more members. This is yet another reason to stay as far away from your "company"   as possible. 

    The fact that during your customers setup process you get their email list, then send generic emails in their name stating how  great your service is, when in reality scam they gave not used the service yet, as they just set it up.  That seems very fraudulent to me. .  

    Copying someones address book and spamming every contact a person has is very cringe, and to pretend they wrote it is cringe raised to the 2nd power. And to write a review of your product/ service/ company is just fraud.

    Did you get permission to send emails from each contact prior to sending spam  emails to them?

    Doubtful. But I would not be surprised if you also sell people's address book contents. I would love to be on board with a class action lawsuit against that.
