    I made a purchase on their site and selected ****** as the payment method, but for some reason it defaulted me to an old address and the order went through that way. I then decided to make the purchase again, but this time to the right address, totally separate order. I then contacted support and asked them to cancel the original order, and I provided them with the order number. They asked if I wanted to change the address on the order and I explicitly told them no, just cancel - I've already re-ordered to the correct address. They then proceeded to CANCEL THE WRONG ORDER. And since pointing out this issue, weeks ago, they have completely ghosted me, not answering a single email. I still have this pending charge on my ****** account, and it's been there off and on for weeks. I have asked them to simply cancel both orders. When you try to call their phone line, it sends you straight to a ****** voice voicemail box (super sketchy). I once attempted leaving a message, and never got a call back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. I wonder if this company is even legitimate.

    Placed order for items listed on site as in stock for fastest shipping, Order #********* would be placed on 1/13/24 with email confirmation of the order received 1/16/24 and last contact would be email dated 1/21/24 stating a short delay on shipping. Sent an email requesting refund through website contact page on 2/13/24. Site shows order status as invoiced for the past month. This business is either negligent at best or a complete scam and does not deserve a A rating by the BBB. Buyers beware and shop elsewhere.

    I'm very sorry for the long delay in getting your order shipped to you. I had a problem with the inventory for 2 of the items on your order and, unfortunately, it took a few weeks to resolve. The order finally shipped out earlier this week I think and you should have it by Saturday 3/9. If you don't like the items or no longer want them once it arrives, please email me directly at ********************** and I'll send you a return label, free of charge. Again, I apologize for the really long delay and lack of communication on the customer service side. Cheers!

    Placed order 3/7/2023, paid for Standard shipping; 5-7 daysMarch 14, have sent 3-4 emails to the owner, ****, at this point, never a single response. Asked for refund. No response.March 20, receive part of my order, but two items show processing with no further information, and were not shipped. Of the items I did receive, one is severely discolored, completely ruined.This website is a complete scam. I dont understand how **** is still doing business. He has yet to reply to any of my emails. He has stolen from me, lied, and sold me defective product.

    Hi Max ********* spoke with Destinee, my customer service rep, and she mentioned she did get your emails, but forgot to hit send on her reply.  I'm really sorry about your poor experience with the delayed shipping.  I run a small business out of my house and have to bring products in as customers order them and sometimes that takes a little longer to happen than expected.  If you'd like to return any of the items for a refund (or a replacement for the damaged item), you can fill out our refund form here:

    I placed an order paid for 3-5 day shipping , once I didnt receive it with in the time frame I emailed and asked the status of my order, **** proceeeded to say he was behind I was understanding. He said it would be mailed out Thursday or Friday and its a week later and have yet to get an update on my or not receive it. Something needs to be done . We pay he doesnt hold up his end of the bargain, not fair at all how he has all our money and yet we have yet to receive our orders nor does he contact us to let us know whats going on..

    As I mentioned in my review, I placed an order 17 days ago and have not received any information other than my order confirmation stating I should have the order in3-5 days from date of purchase. The company is completely non-responsive to emails and voicemails. Upon doing research, it seems that this is a very common occurrence with this company and they should absolutely not have an A-rating from the BBB.

    Placed order on 08/06. Was expecting my items to ship out to be received within 5-7 business days. We are now approaching 2 weeks from the order dates and my order has still not been shipped. Ive attempted to reach out to the company via email and phone numerous times. The telephone number is solely a recording, and you can not get in contact with anyone via telephone. At this point I want to know when my order will be shipped or I would like for my card to be refunded the amount paid for the order. The business owner should be ashamed for misleading clients to make purchases that he doesnt intend to ship in a timely fashion as promised via his website. Fully feel like I have been scammed.

    I made an order with this business in July 17. The status of the order has been "processed" for weeks. I've sent several emails to both of the email addresses I have for them as well as filling out the form on their website. They never respond to any of my messages. Their website says they will respond with 24 hours, but it's been weeks of radio silence. This is highly unprofessional and certainly not deserving of BBB accreditation.
