    I ordered from this website on 2/25/25 and order was "successfully processed" on 2/27/25. On 3/4/25 an update they are awaiting shipping, shouldn't be more than a few more days." And now it is 3/16 and no update on being shipped. I sent a reply to see when it will be shipped and no response. The e-mails are sent from and signed by Bill R*****. I am hoping this is not a fraudulent place but I have not received any other responses or anything from them.

    I ordered 3 bras and none of the fit properly. Now I am being told that I only get 50% back. What a ripoff!!

    Hi Eve -We don't handle returns like that. Within 30-days of your order being received, you can submit a return on our website for a full refund. The only exceptions are sale items which are typically final per our return policy. We do make exceptions sometimes though. I tried to find your order in our system with your email address and name and I don't seem to have any record of an order for you. If you send us your order number, I can take a look.     Horrible company. I placed an order on 6/23. I received it on 7/20, nearly a month later after I already found the product somewhere else, ordered it, reforged it and wore it multiple times. I emailed this company on 7/9, 7/10 and 7/11 to cancel the order because it was never processed and h already found it somewhere else. U had no idea it would take them a month. I even had to pay for shipping. Really terrible everything. They never responded to me, not once. Customer service does not exist., communication does not exist. I now have an order from them I cannot return that I do not need because I got it from somewhere else faster. What a waste. This business needs to be closed.

    Ordered items on the 28th November 2022, the site took and processed my money, and then nothing. On the 3rd December received email from ********************* who said the items would be shipped in a few more days. Since then, no response to my multiple email queries on the whereabouts of my items, no response to any emails, no items received and no shipping updates. I again sent an email requesting the cancellation and refunding of my order (#W00011504), but continue to be ignored.Based on the complaints I have found on this website, it appears to be clearly poor behavior bordering on a SCAM. I want my money back and this business black-listed.Buyer Beware.

    BUYER BEWARE!! i wish I would have across these reviews before buying anything off this website. They charged my card without sending anything out. Its been weeks since I have placed my order and I have to receive anything I want to cancel my order!! I believe this a scam. Illegal! Fraudulent! This website needs to be taken down things are being promoted that are not even real. will never be buying from here again!! I have tried several times to get a hold of someone and no one has been able to get back to me!

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS"!!!! I order 4 items from this website on 10/14/2022 plus 3 to 5 day shipping so can receive my order early. No updated emails regarding my order if it has been shipped or any delays regarding it. When I check the status it stilled said processed. It's been a week since I ordered, will probably be waiting due to poor customer service, there is no responses what's so ever. I sent e-mails and gotten no response. I would also like to cancel my order #W00011016 so I won't waste my money that something I should have already received from the mail. Let me give you a piece of advice when it comes to customer service make sure you deliver what your customers want and go through with it and actually use real photos instead of stock photos that you copied off website. Do not ignore your customers ****!! I'm not paying for this I will get refund do not want whatever sketchy product that will not received in the end.

    BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 6 items and received 4 in a sealed package. My packing slip reflected 6 items so when I emailed them to report my missing items I was told by **** (apparently the owner and in charge of customer service) that I took a look at your order and it appears all 6 items on the order shipped together, so they should have all been in that one package. When I replied back and told him I received 4 items, not 6, and I would like the 2 items I paid for shipped to me, I received no response. Obviously there are no quality control processes in this company or they have a shipping clerk thief because a simple inventory count should have confirmed my complaint. Very unsatisfied customer that will absolutely never order from them again.
