    Purchased boots from vendor, order number 686384-SPLIT. Boots were to big and I returned them. During the return process I asked for my purchase to be returned to my method of payment (credit card). Tried to trick me into just store credit. Boots returned and I only received store credit. I have been contacting the vendor, Brunt Workwear for weeks now with no response to my request to get my money back. I do not want a store credit...

    Although they did not respond to this complaint,  they did end up giving my money back in my purchase. Even though it took way longer than expected they did end up making it right.

    Purchased boots in December 2022. Boots began to fail at composite safety toe causing significant discomfort by April 2023. I reached out to customer service by phone and email on several occasions looking for warranty support. They stated the product has only a 30 day return policy unless there is a defect. I further asked for their written warranty and how to file a claim for a defective product. They have continuously failed to provide either leaving me with an unwearable boot.

    Purchase boots from this company a few months ago, and leak, when clam they water proof, they claim they make feet sweat, not mater if it's sweat or leaking, which they do leak. They defective boots, need my money back. I have sent several complaints, did test, and they have done nothing.

    I purchased a pair of ****** unlined boots on July 18th. After about 45 days the heel/foot bed started to give away causing my foot to roll. I have reached out to Brunt but since I am over 30 days they refuse to consider any kind of exchange or credit. I have ask to speak with a supervisor or a return call but have yet to receive. In an effort to support a small start up business I took a chance and now it looks like I will be out of ****** since the boots are not fit to wear.
