    I was on the Brunt Workwear site and looking at products. While shopping on the site I clicked on an item. Then the site posted that I had purchased the item and charged it to my credit card. I did not physically enter my credit card number or any information about my credit card. When I looked at my credit card account it did charge the item. I immediately called the site and talked to a guy "*****" . I told him about this event and he refunded the charge. But when I asked him how this happened he gave me an excuse that Brunt Workwear got my credit card information from another site...This is not true. I order countless items from many sites all year and always physically type the credit card information. This is not legitimate.

    I was trying to purchase some work boots from there website and I have a code for it and when I put in a discount code the price showing was $101 but when i checked out it will say $154 I contacted there customer service and they where no help this is very misleading

    Extremely disappointed in a company that I wanted to support being that it was a small company from my home state.I would give them a 0 star if possible.I saw an advertisement from an online personality on Instagram Reels for a pair of Brunt boots. They advertised a 20% off code when using their specific affiliate link. After adding a pair of boots that I was a fan of to the cart, the 20% off promo was automatically applied. However, upon check out, the transaction would not go through, and there was an error regarding the code itself. After speaking with three different individual individuals, *****, Mav and lastly their manager ******, They advised that the code was invalid, despite it working in the cart prior to checking out. They were not willing to honor it claiming that it was a malfunction in their system, and it shouldnt have worked from the beginning. Doing the right thing by the customer was clearly not there focus and would rather lose a customer then do the right thing.I am extremely disappointed in their malpractice and misinformation, not to mention false advertisement. I would never consider or recommend anyone do business with them in the future. So many one star reviews on here I wonder why

    I have the ***** boot comp ******* absolutely love them , highly recommended get the super Cushion inserts , no break in period , idk what all these other people are complaining about lol

    We purchased the Brunt Ryng boot that is listed on the website as having a "Fully Waterproof Build" after only 9 months the boots are not wearable. My husband pressure washed the house, the boots were never submerged in water, and for days we had them in front of a fan but have not been able to get rid of the mold in-between the padding in the sole. Brunt does not stick by their customers and their website gives false information to sell products. Their boots are Not waterproof as they state. I have proof of purchase date and correspondence from ****/the company.

    Ordered a sweatshirt just after Thanksgiving and as of December 17th, it's still not here. I've been told twice now by the company that the order hasn't even been fiilled yet so I don't see it getting here by Christmas. I did ask for a refund and allegedly it's been initiated but I haven't seen it yet. Very disappointed as I was excited to give this to my husband.

    I ordered a pair of boots and wore them twice, returned them within the 30 day window and was given said 30 money back no questions asked. Now they continue to spam me with Ad texts and emails.

    I got a pair of run boots claimed to be waterproof but clearly was not! Once the morning dew set in so did wet feet!I tried to email them and only got computer generated replys until it's past 30 days then those even stopped coming! Do not buy from them very cheap poor made with horrible service
