    Bought a pair of there boots and the plastic the laces go through is falling out, clearly a manufactures defect. I contacted them and they wont do anything. if you contact them via ******** , Where they have a large online presence, they delete your comments and block you. They are use deceptive advertising with a warranty they don't intend to back up. I would definitely do more research before purchasing them. I wish I had.They advertise to the trades people then take their money and don't back it up.

    Brunt work wear makes their company sound good for blue collar Americans. But their products are made in *****!! Very deceitful company!!!

    I owned a pair of Brunt boots and they were comfortable so I purchased a gift card for a friend. Unfortunately Brunt boots do not comply with my friend's work specifications. I contacted Brunt requesting a refund on the gift card within a few days of purchasing it. They rejected my request without explanation. I sent a follow up email and no response. Brunt has no published policy on gift card refunds/fees/exchanges as most companies do, and they have been unwilling to provide any details about their policy to me. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I definitely would NOT recommend getting a gift card from them and I probably wont purchase any more products from Brunt either.
