      Nice enough people but fail to stand behind their guarantee. Completely indifferent to customer service, which is something other companies do but not them. Mgr. Alec in ***** is clueless about service and remedies to problems. Avoid at all costs.

      Worst company. They apparently have an automatic renewal and dont even bother to let you know when they are coming for the first application. This doesnt allow you to cancel before the first application. The first time the snow melts, they come so it wont allow you to cancel before. Now they got you on the hook for the cost of the first application. A call made allows them to remind you of the automatic renewal and their refusal to reverse the charge. A second call has a representative telling me that I wont have to pay the cost. I then receive late notices and with a subsequent call, they tell me that the person who reversed the charge was not authorized and was a temp so they still have to charge me. Like thats my problem, she was a temp. What a sham. Dont use this company. I even had my new provider tell me that their product messed my lawn up. Bad product plus bad customer service equals a bad company. STAY AWAY!!!

      If I could give this company a 1/2 star I would. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I moved into a new house and didn't have the resources or time to apply my own applications throughout the year so I thought I would give a lawn company a try. I paid for the year of service. Part of that service is weed treatment. I worked from home and also have cameras so I was easily able to observe the service provided throughout the year. I have close to an acre of property. There was not a time where they were treating my property more than 10 minutes. and that includes them unloading their equipment from their van. There is no way they were actively treating lawn weeds in that short amount of time. The amount of dandelions last year just grew exponentially throughout the year. This is is a weed that is so simple to treat. This year, the amount of dandelions I have is absurd. The picture does not do it justice to the naked eye. Disregard that lack of mow as I don't have a mower and I am subject to a landscapers schedule and once every 7 days is just not enough in this wet spring. I don't know how a lawn can get worse after paying for a pro to take care of it for a year, but it certainly did with the help of TLC. Avoid these guys at all costs. Sure, maybe if I was more personable with the tech on arrival I would have gotten better service. But, I was testing integrity as well. Just bad bad bad. This is why I and a lot of other people DIY.

      Worst Lawncare company I ever had. Despite Multiple lawn Applications lawn condition continues to deteriorate. Very poor customer Service and poor job.

      Horrific. My lawn looks terrible. Used this company ten plus years. Always an excuse why my lawn was terrible. Finally moved on. They had the audacity to send me an invoice for $185 for last year. My lawn requires thousands of dollars to repair

      Had their sub par service in 2023 which they automatically deducted payments for. They decided that they would automatically renew my service for 2024 without authorization. They stated that they provided 3 lawn applications, without consent, and decided to charge me $189 which is now in collections. Customer service was extremely rude and stated that they couldnt do automatic withdrawal due to their system change. Very shady! Stay away from this company at all costs. Theres a reason for all of their 1 star reviews! Embarrassing!

      When I called about a bid, he was there within the hour. He was very kind and polite. After just a few minutes I knew he was very knowledgeable. He thought me a few things. I was so appreciative. He was there 3 days latter first thing in the morning. He worked none stop all day cutting and trimming. We talked about half way though the job. I had to go back to work. He left around 4:30. Me and my wife were amazed. He went above and beyond what I expected, doing extra things that he didn't have to. It is obvious that he is a perfectionist and pays attention to detail. I will definitely use his services in the future. Thanks so much for all you did!

      Avoid at all costs. I discontinued service after my lawn looked worse than before I hired them. Crab grass, weeds and bald spots all over the lawn. They continued to bill me. Ultimately sent me to collections after they kept billing me. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.

      Have been a customer many years, the customer service does nothing except make a note of it (complaints and needs of service). Then tells me its the dispatcher not scheduling me. They will have the supervisor call me. Didnt happen took 7 weeks for them to come out to troubleshoot and service lawn. Company service has gone down hill. Will discontinue for 2025.

      This has got to be the worst lawn company in the business. My yard was in better shape before they started their program. But what do they care they got their money
