I have emailed the company on several occasions to inquire about items which were requested and paid for in terms via an open PO. In addition, the company is non-responsive in terms of other additional work request that fall in their scope of work.

I hired this company to pump out and remove used engine and hydraulic oils generated from recently servicing 4 earth moving machines. They agreed to remove all of the containers as well as the used filters as shown in a photo provided at the start of our conversation. This company agreed to do so on or before Tuesday June 28th 2022. They pumped out (3) 55 gallon drums of used oil and left everything else. The sales person, ***** made various excuses that did not make sense including that he tried repeatedly to contact me via cell and email. Although we communicated via text mainly after our initial conversation, he said he did not text me as he saves that method of communication for only important issues. I have no records of hearing from him through email, voice message or text. I called him yesterday and spoke with him today about an invoice I recently received stating: DRUM, 55GA, OIL FILTER WASTE, PICK UP I can provide at least 3 employees from Siteworks of Southwest ******* construction company that will attest to the fact that nothing other than the used oil in the 3 drums was ever removed. ***** claims that I deceived him by not telling him about an additional 13 gallons of used oil in (3) 5 gallon buckets. That makes no sense since he claimed that he would pay me for the used oil and only charge for removing everything else shown in the photo. I told him exactly how much oil was there. He said since he didn't know about the additional oil, this is why he left the empty drums. This make no sense at all to me.
