    My 2022 Chevy Colorado purchased new and maintained at Bertera Cheverolet, still under warranty, with 32k miles was in the shop twice in the month of April to diagnosis a sound in the front of the truck. I was told it was the front bearings; they had to order parts and scheduled another appointment. Second appointment, Service stated they misdiagnosed the sound; not the bearings but the front differential. They don't offer courtesy vehicles, so I had to drive an unsafe vehicle for two weeks until the parts came in.
    On Tuesday, 5/20/25, I brought the truck in for a third time. I told them I needed my truck for Memorial Day weekend. By the end of the week and after not having a vehicle for four days, they said it wouldn't be ready and offered me a loaner vehicle. My wife reached out to the GM of Bertera to discuss the issues I was having with his service department; he never returned her call but rather had the Service department call her. After three weeks of excuses (the lead tech is the only one qualified to work on the issue (was having difficulty with the repair), isn't available, the parts came in wrong, we don't have the manpower, etc...) they said the front differential had been repaired but after the test drive the front end still had issues. Now it needs a new transfer case! Another three weeks of excuses (parts came in wrong/broken - again, don't have the help, had to order bearings??? They stated that wasn't the issue!)
    I called today, Wednesday 7/2/25, and Service stated that the only person qualified to work on the vehicle comes back from leave tomorrow and will determine the issue, the repair time and necessary parts. After six weeks of dishonesty, the run around, and just plain incompetence, neither myself or the Service Department have any idea what is wrong with the truck or when I will get it back. This is unprofessional and unconscionable business practice!!!
    I had no choice but to give them a one-star review which they don't deserve.

    Bought a car the car had a service bulletin for it was never told than part broke a couple weeks after the bulletin expired and had to pay 2,190.00 to fix so I agreed my only vehicle I need it to get to and from work than when time to pick up car they said they had to fix a part that they never contacted me about and just replaces it. in order to get my car back I had to pay 2,800.00.
