    I was in Nashua NH Friday 03/17/23 and when I came out of restaurant my car was towed. I called Nashua Police and they said it was a private tow company called Eastbound Transport out of 41 Lomar Park Peperell Ma. When I called him he said he has my car but there is damage to it. I called Peperell Police and informed them. When I got to the yard which was half hour ride from Nashua my 2014 Mercedes C300 was on his flatbed with extreme damage. The back bumper was ripped off and all damage to back and underneath, my tires were shredded and flat, rims bent , driver side door panel bent and scratched alll over I said what hell you do my car. He said I owe him 500$ cash for the tow and won’t take off the truck til he gets it. The car was inoperable to drive and he took off and left me at the yard. I called the police again and filed report with them and Nashua. They called him and said to go there at 10 am next day with $500. The police came with me and all he had say was “ I have insurance and will fix it “…. I said u totaled my car…. He said whatever you shouldn’t paste there. I paid him 500$ cash and had it towed to Final Finish Collision in Peabody Mass. I filed a claim with his insurance and am awaiting to hear if it’s totaled. When I went online there are dozens of the same complaints and peperell police told me this happens all time. This company charges whatever he wants and damages all the cars he tows and makes up his own prices. His company is called Eastbound Transport and his name is Tim M***** ( ************). This was not a call that Nashua Police called in and he operates out of a different state. Not only did he total my car he charged me $500 cash and is a scammer with no regards to others property.

    I am asking for the 500$ cash that I was charged for his service in which he was negligent and damaged my car extensively!!!

    BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that they are unable to comment on this complaint because it is under police investigation.
