  WORST COMPANY EVER!!! How does AAA continue to contract with these people is beyond me. Lets s start of by saying if you are going to own a company conduct business in professional manner and use the correct technique and equipment when towing different types of vehicles. My 2021 ***** CX-9 was towed from ************************************************* on 3/3/2023. When I called East Bound Towing at 9:22pm the owner ******************* confirmed he had towed my vehicle and I can pick it up at their location between 11:00 and 11:15pm $365 CASH ONLY because he was diabetic and was going to go have dinner. Mind you my cars GPS stayed my car had arrived at his lot at 9:27pm. I stated to ******** had my 4 year old daughter with me and would be unable to wait that long. I arrived at the tow lot location at 10:15pm and saw my car in a flatbed tow truck relived that it was towed the correct way as it was face in. I called **************** and advice I was at the tow lot with my 4 year old and he was there within minutes. Upon arrival I paid $365 CASH. I quickly again asked **************** if a wheel lift was utilized when towing vehicle. He replied YES.! but thanks to another person that was at the lot with the presence of a ********* Police officer towed from the same lot I was towed shared a VIDEO with me of how my vehicle was towed and no wheel lift was utilized, meaning my brake system could be damaged. *** the $365 is good pocket change, but parking brake damage will cost you way more. Stay humble and conduct your business in a professional, truthful and humble manner. Make your $$$ without f****** people over with car damage. I know the next steps to take. -ZERO STAR RATING ????????????

  They towed my car from a public parking lot in ******, ** (1/14/2023). When I called to get it back the next day I was met with resistance from the owner, Timothy M. He said someone would be here, only to ignore my next 6 calls. When my buddy called moments later he answered immediately and basically said we need to "go home" and we're "inconveniencing him". The business is listed as opened 24/7. Yet no one is ever there. I tried over the next 7 hours to get my car back, including finding transportation. He told me at 3 o'clock I can pick it up at 6. However when I called him at 530 to verify, he told me he was doubling the price because "you didn't show up at the set time" when we never agreed to a time. Then he tells me I'm "a piece of s*** and is gonna be the s*** out of me when he sees me", he told me the price went up another $150 to $485, but if i wait til the morning he'd only charge me $450. I ended up contacting ********* (**) Police to ask what my options were, considering I've never had to contact police in my life over a business matter. Mr. M then proceeded to not answer my calls in the morning of 1/16/2023. So me and a buddy drove there, since I was a little worried about my personal well being, once we located his shop, a subsequent employee in a tow truck told me the price to get my car back was now "$650 cuz my boss hates you and you didn't get it yesterday". After I was able to find an atm down the road I got my car and noticed they scratched my right front fender, and stole money sitting in my center console. When I asked the employee for a receipt of the transaction, he told me "we're a cash business, we don't keep/make receipts", when I asked how come he stated "probably for taxes, I don't know or care." I just wanted a simple break down of why I was charged so much money for my car being on his lot for less than 30 hours.
