      My two attached letters to the company explain everything. O'Connell insists on billing me for service on 10-26-23 which they absolutely didn't provide. The serviceman, apparently, is flat out lying about spending over an hour to clean and service my boiler. In fact, he left after 5-10 minutes after telling me he couldn't service it because of its condition; it required parts first. He left pronto. I thought that was the end of it until I received a bill for the full service which he didn't provide. My letters to the company are met only by another bill being sent. I have refused to pay the bill, but in my last letter, sent within the past month but mistakenly dated March 13, 2024, I offered to pay a reasonable amount for their trip to my house on 10-26. Their response was to send me another bill, now asking for a late payment fee as well. I request a billing adjustment (to Zero) and no further contact from this company.

      Although the service tech's GPS shows he was at this customer's house for an hour and the tech claims he provided a service, ALL charges have been removed from said account. The account balance is zero and has been terminated.
