      Two years in a row of poor customer service and rude behavior when we call them. Last year they rescheduled our cleaning appt 3 times before they finally showed up well into the heating season. This year they decided to not automatically schedule their regular customers cleanings but also didn't bother to let us know that. We finally scheduled on our own and of course today they didn't show and didnt bother to let us know that they weren't coming either. When I called we got a million excuses with a bunch of attitude and I was actually told they didn't have time for me or my complaint right now because they were busy and did I want to call back in the future to try to reschedule or not. I told them to take their appointment and shove it

      I ran out of oil and had zero experience on how to deal with an oil system. Not only were they incredibly polite, made sure I had oil that day, and made me feel proud of the fact as a single mom I was able to handle that scary machine that is also known as my heating system! Definitely recommend.
