    A new garage door opener was installed on 06/04/2024. I issued a check to the technician, *********** for $661.50. When I took a closer look at the invoice, I saw that a new wall button was listed in the scope of work, but it was not installed. I called the technician on 06/05/2024 and he said it was a mistake. His number is ************. That same day I called Garage and Gates, the company listed on the invoice.I was told a technician would be sent out. I called again on 06/07/2024 and the same person said they were busy and would send someone the next week. That didn't happen. Their number is ************. I also left a voice-mail to Henesys on 06/11/2024, no response. I sent an email, but received a message saying it doesn't exist.All I request to resolve this is that a wall button be installed, and a legitimate phone number to call if there is an issue. I was given a 2 year guarantee on parts.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    He's not being truthful. **** never came back to my house to install the wall button.  He would have had to ring my doorbell to gain access to the garage. Please have him call me to set up a date and time to have the wall button installed.
