  This company came out while the building was on fire, and they urge us to do the board work for the building in *************************** shock. They are supposed to cover the windows and a area of the roof. But they did a very poor job! One week later, the roof was leaking badly, and they didn't come out to fix it at all. They simply disappeared. They also never send bills to our insurance company nor our adjuster until 1.5y later. They send a very high unexpected bill to the owner directly which is more than double the price compared to the quote from our insurance company. Then they refused to accept the insurance price and demanded us to pay them their asking price (double). The person who reached us was very rude as well. Never use this company for any service! They did a very poor job! Their service attitude was bad, and their people are rude too!

  My car was towed by this company on Sat, 20 July 2024, from the ***************************. No signage was posted to warn people about the possibility about a tow from the parking lot. No maximum parking hours were posted and no other posted rules in the area. When we discovered that our car was missing, the manager of the "Hook and ***** ********** came outside to inquire what the problem was. She confirmed there are no postings and that this company has been doing this for a while. This was a predatory tow which has been experienced by many others, I'm sure.I have a car which recorded the entire towing experience -- the driver did a good job conducting the tow -- and that's the nicest thing I can say about this company. The videos clearly show him.It was only happenstance that I managed to discover where the car had been towed (aside from the address on my phone app.) *********** was towing cars left and right from the area; another actively towing company driver provided the information. Had no tow truck been there, I would have out of luck about who had the car. Part of the predatory activity.I was concerned about the quality of the tow, as my car cannot be towed in a conventional manner. When I finally arrived at the company's office, I asked to speak with the driver -- and subsequently noticed him, but did not know it at the time. I recognized that he was in the office later, after I viewed the video of the event. He had quickly left the office after I asked to speak with him.I was directed to another person who refused to offer any information. When I told him that I simply wished to be sure that proper procedures had been followed, he told me he would call the police if I didn't shut up and leave the area. He was a big man -- and a bully -- and used his size to try to intimidate me... I am an 80 year old small person and would not have fared well in an altercation. I asked for his name which he refused to provide. But I have his picture.

  We live at an apartment complex nearby and we have a parking sticker decal for that parking spot. But the dumbass driver act like he didn't see the sticker and towed our car away. We had to pay them $250 cash to retrieve our car. for something we did nothing wrong. Terrible people and terrible company. Avoid at all cost

  Rude and nasty. No sympathy for fire victims. Bunch of bullies. Like to call the cops on elderly women who just lost everything unreasonable in every way disgusting behavior
