I recently ordered two ****** fuel pumps that have since failed and been returned to you for warranty. We dealt with *********************** regarding this issue stating that we needed to return the items and they would evaluate them and get back with us and we have not heard back from him since Oct. 14,2022. Our order # is *****. I have since emailed asking for a status update on November 28,2022, December 4,2022, December 7,2022, January 3, 2023, January 30, 2023 and March 6, 2023 and still haven't received a single email back from ****** or anyone else on your team. My husband has also emailed the company several times with no response. I have also tried calling the business phone number multiple times, which only directs you to the website, in which still nobody responds.Business Response

I purchased a carburetor from this business which claimed to be the correct one. Once I received the item it clearly was the wrong part and I contacted him to ask him about it. He replied to me up until I sent him pictures of my old one and the new one showing him it was not even close. I then told him I would be returning that part and asked how he would like it handled and since then nothing. So I am out my money and the part. I will be returning it to him with a signature required so I can see if he received it.Business Response

I returned a part to (Ready Set Boat) that was incorrect for my motor. The tracking shows that it was received on January 7 by (Ready Set Boat). It has been three weeks with no response from the company after the package was received. I have sent multiple emails in regards to my refund with no response, as well as reaching out to their ******** page. The order number is #********* for a 20hp mercury relay that was never used. Customer first contacted us because they paid for 2 Day shipping and *** was running a day late (order was placed Sunday night, shipped out Monday, Wednesday would have been the correct delivery date). We told the customer we would contact *** and request a shipping refund for being a day late. Product was delivered that same day, Thursday July 21st (see attached tracking). We heard nothing from the customer for the next almost full week and then customer said this morning that they never received the order. We find this highly unlikely considering how quick the customer was to complain about the order being delayed by ***.
When we showed the customer that the order was delivered and declined to refund them because their story did not add up - they got very belligerent and told us they contacted their bank and got their money back and also said they reported us to the police! So I'm not sure why they're now asking for their money back again. Their behavior is highly suspicious and their story is not believable.
