    I had Murphy's install a high efficiency natural gas furnace and water heater in early November 2023. As part of the installation contract, Murphy's offered a 3% discount if I paid in cash (versus a credit card) by providing them with my banking information so that they could process two separate ACH transactions (auto debits), 50% upon contract signing and 50% when the installation was complete. The first ACH transaction was processed for an accurate value equal to 50% of the contract value (less the 3% discount). Immediately following the installation day, a second ACH transaction was processed (without any advanced notice from them) for an incorrect amount that was approximately $850 higher than it should have been. As a result of this second ACH transaction (that was too high), I ******** my account balance and was charged a $10 overdraft fee from my bank. Over the past 4+ months, I have repeatedly contacted them about resolving this payment issue and have been promised a refund for the amount they overcharged me. They agree that they owe me this money. I visited their office in person on two separate occasions and have exchanged numerous emails on this topic. As of today, I still have not received my refund. I tried to be as patient as I could with Murphy's over the past 3-4 months, but I'm at the end of my rope. So, I would truly appreciate your assistance in helping to bring this issue to closure. Thank you.

    Problems with your installation of our Heat Pump surfaced as soon as the system switched over to heating our home November 2022 We notified both **** and **** of the issue immediately. The system blows very cold air into the house whenever it goes to defrost (which happens about twice an hour). The cold air continues for 15 to 20 minutes cooling the house and making it very cold.We have had numerous conversations and visits with both **** and **** and finally they agreed that additional heat strips should be installed in the air handler. This is also the solution that ******* recommends. As of our last visit with **** and **** we discussed that this repair should be done prior to the 2023-2024 heat season but so far it is not done and we cannot get any reply to our numerous calls to your company.It is obvious that the installation is not correct for this climate and we would like to get it remedied.

    2/6/2023: I was trying to contact Murphy's about a concern with the combination boiler/hot water system which they installed and have replaced three different leaking components. ******* (in ********?) listened to my concern and said she would e-mail the Service Manager, *********************** in S Yarmouth and ask him to contact me. 2/7/2023: I sent a follow-up e-mail to **************** and also called and was transferred to voice mail. 2/14/2023: I had no response, so I called and left another voice mail. 2/17/2023: I had no response, so I visited their office and was met by ********* who said **************** was not available and she would have him "reach out" to me. 2/24/2023: I had no response, so I called customer service and was transferred to *********'s voice mail and left a message. 3/8/2023: I had no response, so I called the phone number listed for the General Manager. It was answered by a receptionist who transferred me to an anonymous voice mail and I left a message. 3/10/2023. Still no response. I would like **************** to contact me.

    On July 1,2022, Murphy's came and installed a water heater changed it from gas to electric that went fine no issues. They needed to repace the outside shower with new piping with a draw off for winterizing plus a hook up for a hose so the grass can get watered, basically replace what was there. My daughter lives there and did not check there work until she went to water the grass. I also complained that the water in the shower inside the house is barely warm, the kitchen sink and bathroom deliver hot water but not the shower. I told her let's wait til I arrive and see it. I arrived on July 16, I left a message for *****, I gave her 24hours to call me back and when I didn't hear from her I called July 20th and again left a message. ***** called me back and said she was dealing with emergencies from the heat wave. I told that I am the owner and i am here from ****** and would like to make sure the work is done right before I leave. She said she is waiting for *** to give her a time. I called again on the july 22 and 25, left message no call back. I left on July 26th to return to hawaii. It is now the 29th of July still no response, the house needs to have hot water in the interior shower, the exterior shower and faucet need to be completed correctly. While I was there i was unable to take a hot shower. I have uploaded my neighbor's out door shower which mine should look like, unfortunately I did not take a picture of Murphy's completed work.
