    This business insists on a credit card number on file before making an appointment. I had a repair man in for a leak in my shower. I paid for the repair in full on August 16, 2023. The check was cashed and the next day they billed my credit card for $350.00. Not the amount of the charge. I called 4 times. One time I was disconnected. The customer service in Yarmouth is most unprofessional. I left 3 messages. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. In September, my card was charged again for $344.00. Again not the original charge. I called and did not get the Yarmouth location. The woman in the office in ************ told me I was paid in full and owed them nothing. She looked and showed no credit card charges on my account. She put me into the ********************** mail. Again, I left a message and received no call back. I had to dispute it with my credit card company and cancel my card. I am concerned that an elderly person with no computer experience would know how to navigate this issue.If I were the Vice President, I would want to investigate why this is happening in their business. Sadly 2 years ago, they bought ******* Plumbing. I wish I had looked at their prior complaints. I would not have used them. ******* had an excellent plumbing business.

    Installed units back in 2017. System failed after 6 years. Called Murphy to make repairs. Before they even showed up had to pay them $450.00. Tech shows up looks at unit and tells me the lines are bad. No testing of any sort. Told me someone from sales would reach out on estimate for price. After 4 days called office and was told the parts guy can give me a quote left voicemail no response. Sent email to the 3 managers listed on website. Sales manager calls me with in 2 minutes to tell me just replace the lines. I told him I had concerns and wanted to meet someone at my property. He told me he needs to look at my account and would call me back. 5 days latter emailed 3 managers again asking for update. Office calls me sets up appointment. Sales manager shows up at my property walks around to look at what units I have and tells me he will get me a quote to me by the end of the day. Was at my property no more then 3 minutes. Quote is emailed to me telling me it would cost 6K to repair. I asked for the quote to be broken down for me by labor, parts, and description of service. Response back after multiple request of this was no we dont break down our quotes pay the 6k or move on. I have never dealt with a contractor that had lack of customer ******************** like ********************** does. I would not recommend their services.
