    Our business, ************************, was hired by ****** to fix the scope of a failed installation by his company in ********. We have completed the scope and billed him for the services, however he has declined to pay for well over 90 days. We offered payment plans to give him flexibility in the spirit of partnership but it is now clear he has no intentions to pay for our services. This account was sent to collections. We do not recommend this business - MSS Leadership

While I understand your concerns, I want to clarify that Breiter Planet has been open and transparent with ************************ about the financial challenges our company has been facing, as well as the broader difficulties currently affecting the solar industry. We have worked diligently to fulfill our commitments, but like many businesses in this sector, we have encountered unexpected financial hurdles that have impacted our ability to make payments on time.


    I would like to note that we have already made a deposit and a partial final payment toward the balance and remain committed to paying down the remaining amount. We sincerely appreciate the efforts ************************ made to offer payment plans, and we will continue working toward settling the balance as we resolve our ongoing financial challenges.


    Furthermore, we have been in full communication with your team, with our last email sent just last week, outlining our ongoing efforts to resolve this. Given our open communication, this review feels unnecessary. We will continue to be in touch via email to work towards a resolution.


    We value the partnership **** had with ************************ and hope that, with further understanding, we can continue to ****** a positive working relationship moving forward.

    The owner of this company, ****** Breiter, is a con man and an idiot. The original company I contracted out to do my home solar PV installation subcontracted out my install to Breiter Planet Properties. ****** himself showed up to do the install illegally using someone else's contractor license as his company does not have a license to do work in **. As it turns out, the plans he submitted and got approved with Santa Fe County did not match anything in the install. The installation used underrated converters, had exposed wires in the conduit, and as it turns out, the entire install has to be redone. Two years later I am now just getting this completed as I had to *** my original contractor. Do NOT even consider using Breiter Planet Properties for any work.

    My husband and I decided to make the investment into solar. Our goal was to get our house ready for the kids to take over. We filled out a few online forms and got a ton of calls. We met with four companies and Breiter Planet was one of those companies. We found that we met with several high pressure sales people that wanted us to commit to a six figure solar, battery and roof project in the same day. We were kind of turned off to that but found that our meeting with the Breiter Planet rep, it was very informative and focused on helping us make a well informed decision. He was very transparent with some of the challenges the company has faced in the past which we understood since we both used to own our own business before. We were told it would take about 3 months to get the system permitted but it ended up being quicker and the guys that installed our roof and system were very good! We just got our first electric bill with solar and we are very happy!

    I signed a contract in Feb ****************************************************************** hopes of reducing my electric bill. The solar installation was completed in June 2022, and I have yet to be connected to the electric grid, so I am not reaping any benefits. The installer tells me that he is waiting for my electric company to approve the application for interconnectivity; however when I reach out to the company, they have the status of my installation as "unsubmitted project." This person has never submitted the application and doesn't seem to have any intention of doing so, as demonstrated by constant inaction no matter how many times I contact him. I find dealing with this company beyond frustrating and their business practices are completely unethical. Stay away from this company at all costs!

    ****** Breiter-Wu should be forced out of business immediately for fraud. He is an unqualified, inept, incompetent serial liar. He took a 50% deposit (he wanted 100%) back in 2021 when we signed the contract to pay cash for a solar panel install project and he has no intention of ever finishing the job that was started. He did not pull permits. He created a huge cater in our driveway and then did not pay the asphalt company he convinced to fix the damage (we ended up paying the asphalt company directly to avoid the lien on our property). He had unlicensed people do electrical work and it is now dangerous to live here. It will cost thousands to undo his poor work. He did not pull city permits. He avoided the city inspector and was incapable of resolving the city inspector's findings. He constantly lied about what he did, and how he did it. He constantly promised to be out to work on the project but never came. He claimed his team left him because of honesty issues. I'm guessing he never paid his team or maybe he meant that he had honesty issues even though he implied he was blaming his team. He never gave us access to PowerClerk so that we could monitor his progress or figure out what he was doing even Eversource said that solar companies are required to give us access. He filed to setup our system as a "solar farm". ****** also completely failed to submit the paperwork for the SMART credit back in 2021, which adversely affected us because there is no SMART credit available anymore. The list goes on and on. The past two years have been terrible and I'd be surprised of others did not fare worse than us because we were so vigilant in following up.

    I entered into a contract with this company in May 2022, As of today i still do not have a confirmed start date for the solar panels to be installed. The communication with ****** has been all promises but no delivery. Do not use this company.

    They're the worst company ever. They installed the panels left and never came back for an inspection,permits, etc... They don't answer emails, phone calls or text. It's been 3 months waiting. We cannot use the panel's for nothing. Its frustrating! DO NOT USE THEM!
