      Devoted ******* has been the best ************************* I have had so far from ********. I previously had United Health Care and Humana. Devoted ******* services are far the best. Their care team is is available 24/7/365. I have never had to wait long. If a medicine is too expensive for me they get me help paying for it. I have congestive heart failure. They have a team of nurses, doctors and cardiologist who spend time with you educating about what it is and what to expect. Know when to call for help. If you do not use Devoted ******* as your ******** provider then you should ask about it or look them up on the internet. I let the telemarketers know that I already have the best. That usually ends the sales call. Thank you, Devoted ******* for your care.

      Never seen such aggressive and stupid customer service Over and over again. They hang up on you if your not up to kissing thier butts.Lately they said they would deney a claim. Because I went against medical advice.I had my stool examined for blood . Possible ************* and ******** heart group. I had to wait 6 hours and was targeted by a homeless man .So i left without offical ************ being told to wait in the lobby , Medical advice, The proceedure was over. They say they wont pay. Am I ********* Should i accept this worthless argument. And be pushed around by this freak organization.

      Devoted has been very helpful in getting information and approval of medical procedures in a timely manner. When talking with the person they are easy to understand and put me in contact with the person that has answers for me in a timely manner.

      I have been with Devoted Health Insurance as a mamber gong on my 3 rd year. I am a semi retired 215 health agent for 13 plus years. As I looked over all plans available on ************, , I noticed that Devoted Health had a different take on how to manage health for their members: they focus on customer service on a very personal level, Being used to hang *** , being transferred to a robot, no return calls when I tried to get help or information from most of the other companies, I found this was true , Their first year in ******* they earned a CMS rating of 5 stars ?????????? !!! I haven't had that experience with any other company or feedback from the people I did business with. I feel like i am taken care of . I can call them when iI am having trouble getting the care I need and they help me. Thank you so much to devoted health for following through and for helping me. ****** C
