      I switched to.Devoted about 6 months ago, originally because of there generous plans for retired people. But quickly learned that if you want to speak to a "live" staff member at Devoted, a live & very helpful staff member actually answers their phone in just a ring or two, without first have to go through a 10 ring wait for a phone to pick up, then getting another long list of RECORDED questions, then having yet another long wait in the so-called "Q", by which time you have possibly forgot your question. Automation is fine, but not for medical-related assistance. This does NOT HAPPEN WHEN YOU CALL DEVOTED HEALTH CARE...a REAL person picks up your call & really does care more about your helping you than that other company ever did... I will leave unnamed.Great Doctor ************************** a Village Mecical Member doctor with Devoted, is an excellent professional, who has a quality, friendly staff to help.I highly recommend Devoted, and also their many ***************** you will find.

      Not very good company! Never can find a specialist. Their lists of doctors is expired! They never seem to update anything! Thanks

      I signed up with DEVOTED, beginning first of this year,2022! I was impressed by the many benefits it offered, especially dental! After having been enrolled with another MAJOR PROVIDER for @ least 8- 10 years,I have been More than IMPRESSED WITH DEVOTED! Completed all of my DENTAL WORK WITHIN 6 months with no out of pocket expense whereas my previous provider,each yr dental benefits decreased & finally practically 1 visit & x-rays per year! I've also been very pleased with my pharmacy benefits,this far no out of pocket expense & yes I HAVE a medical history which requires me to be on certain meds for the remainder of my life! Customer Svc has always been very PROFESSIONAL,RESPECTFUL - UNDERSTANDIG! YES,DEVOTED IS DEVOTED TO PROVIDING EXACTLY WHAT IT ADVERTISES!

      I have devoted health in ******* it is the best insurance company by far I'm on social security disability I have tried all the other companies not one of them even comes close to what devoted health offers .first they have the best customer service by far they are always very nice and answer all your questions but the benefits they offer no other companies comes close for a small company they give more than the big companies please check for your self you will be amazed. Great company thank you for coming to az

      Do not let your parent(s) purchase this insurance!!! My mom went into the ** with an emergency. 5 weeks later and without a diagnosis, she had lost all of her strength, ability to walk, ability to feed herself, and ability to communicate. Devoted denied in patient rehab despite a few therapy attempts in the hospital which actually had her trying to walk. They said she needed minimal assistance despite the bed alarm and fall prevention robot making sure she did not get up as well as the nurses refusing to help her to the restroom for the same reason. Also said she had cognitive decline and would not be able to withstand the therapy so they approved a skilled nursing facility. 7 days in at the **** she is a different person in trying to walk, doing her therapies, and able to communicate with some aphasia still. Now they are discharging her saying she can go home to her second floor apartment without an elevator because she can stand for six seconds. Unreal. They were okay sending her to a nursing home to be doped up instead of treating her and now want to kick her to the parking lot because she's trying to do the therapies. RUN away as fast as you can. If you have this insurance or your parents have it, get them on ******** as soon as open enrollment begins in October!!!!!! Left the one star because zero stars was not an option.

      My father had triple bypass surgery hes been out of the hospital for 19 days and not a single home healthcare nurse or therapist has called or visited him. We call Devoted and they always claim home healthcare has been approved and no one calls or visits. Call the company and they hang up on you after placing you on hold. ******** should not allow this company to operate as a provider. I will be filing a formal complaint with ********. I challenge an executive from this company to call me and explain to me why they are doing is to an elderly man with triple bypass surgery. Will definitely switch to another ******** Advantage provider as soon as open enrollment is available on October 7th. Shame on you Devoted!

      Hi *****, It sounds like the Home Health company that's been contacted to assist your dad after his bypass surgery is not responding to your calls or visiting. You obviously care deeply for your father and want him to get the best healthcare and coverage - and we want that too. Without knowing more, I'm not able to follow up directly on this problem. If you haven't called our ************** Guides to file a grievance, please do call at **************, and they will be able to assist you. We follow up with the Home Health company in each instance and it's crucial that we're able to get this information. In many areas, Devoted ************* is able to help provide some of this care, so that's a possibility too. We hope we can make this right soon and that your father's recovery is smooth going forward.

      Finally after filing this negative review someone showed up to take his blood pressure. Will switch to a different ******** Advantage Plan as soon as open enrollment is available. Good luck to remaining members.

      I've been with Devoted for 3 years. I believe that I was one of the first 100 to sign up. The rep certainly explained what my benefits were and I checked if they covered all the Drs that I was currently seeing. They did. My plan also had a $0 monthly payment and $0 primary care visits and go whenever you need. I've had to see several specialists, always had to get a referral, but the referrals always went through 1-2 weeks at most. $10 for specialist. I'm on 11 different medications and they are all covered with little co-pay if any. If it's not covered, I ask my Dr what's the next best thing with no or under $15 copay. So far, I've had every need taken care of. You just have to check to see that they cover your every need. Who cares about a $10 incentive card, that's stupid compared to the service I get. You get incentive cards several times a year for different things they ask you to see your Dr for. My advice to you is to find a great primary care physician and that Dr will get it all done for you. I lucked out with mine. She's amazing, very thorough, and doesn't take chances by not sending you to a specialist. I only hope that my plan continues my same coverage and benefits. I will stay with them as long as they meet my medical needs. Don't diss them about not getting a gift card. That's ignorant, because you didn't do your homework.

      Seniors please stay away from this insurance company. They will give any reason to pay your claims. . Even simple once like covid test..Eye glass even you have a prescription.. insurance Agents will push you as they get paid higher commissions based on quantity. .Think .
