My truck was towed in the middle of the snow storm on 03.04.23. I left it there because they dont open for service on the weekends. Waited to hear from someone on that Monday, no one called and so I called them the Tuesday to find out the status of my truck and was told that it was my transmission. They sent me an estimate of over $13000 for parts and labor. I refused their parts and ordered from my own dealer which no surprise was over $2000 less than Daves quote. My parts- transmission arrived on Friday morning and they did not look at my truck until Monday. After 1 week out of commission and my clients are waiting on their vehicles to be delivered. I spoke to ******* and he told me that my truck would most likely be completed on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning the latest. I went there Wednesday midday and they told me that they just noticed the leaks on the transmission hoses which was not there before. This means that they cracked my hoses and still fit them up and then telling me that they never saw the cracks until they placed in the transmission. They also gave me a new bill of 18 hours labor and the previous which is uploaded was for ***** hours. Today is March 17, 2023 and my truck is still at Daves repair. With the final bill of $4,710.05 which does not include the parts of almost $8000 which I purchased elsewhere because of being over charged by Daves. This business needs to be shut down, they have zero conscience and are thieves. I Would URGE anyone who needs service for their trucks to RUN!!!!

IN RESPONE TO A COMPLAINT FILED 3/20/23 BY ************* REGUARDING COST AND LENGTH OF TIME TO MAKE REPAIRS.
CUSTOMER HAD ********************** TOWED TO OUR SHOP ON SATURADAY 3/4/23.WHICH IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.
THE TRUCK WAS TOWED TO SHOP BY CUSTOMER IN WHICH THEY PAID TOW BILL.
MONDAY MORNING 3/6/23 WE INSPECTED TRACTOR THAT WAS TOWED TO SHOP FOR NOISE IN TRANSMISSION. WHEN WE WENT TO DIAGNOSE ISSUES WITH TRUCK WE FOUND BATTERIES DEAD. WE HAD TO CHARGE BATTERIES. TO GET TRUCK RUNNING, INSTALL AXLE SHAFT REMOVED BY TOW COMPANY.ONCE WE HAD TRUCK RUNNING, WE NOTICED ENGINE HAD NO OIL PRESSURE. WE SHUT ENGINE DOWN RIGHT AWAY. WE DIAGNOSED NO OIL PRESSURE CONDITION WITH LAP TOP COMPUTER. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE WAS OK. FOUND BAD OIL PRESSURE SENSOR.CUSTOMER DECLINED REPLACING OIL PRESSURE SENSOR. DIAGNOSED NOISE IN TRANSMISSION.DRAINED A CUP OF OIL FROM TRANSMISSION AND FOUND OIL CONTAMINATED WITH METAL.TRUCK NEEDS NEW TRANSMISSION. RECEIVED QUOTE FROM OUR SUPPLIER AND PREPARED ESTIMATE FOR CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER DECLINED ANY ***********************. SINCE THEY COULD FIND A CHEAPER TRANSMISSION ELSEWHERE. WE PUT TRUCK BACK OUTSIDE ON 3/8/23. CUSTOMER WAS GOING TO TOW ********************** FROM SHOP. OUR ESTIMATE INCLUDED A NEW CLUTCH SINCE THE TRUCK HAD ******* MILES ON IT. WE DID NOT HAVE TRANSMISSION OUT OF TRUCK TO INSPECT OLD CLUTCH. BUT GENERAL PRACTICE IF A TRUCK HAS THAT MANY MILES AND YOU ARE CHANGING THE TRANSMISSION YOU WOULD ALSO CHANGE CLUTCH.
ON 3/10/23 MID DAY A TRANSMISSIN AND CLUTCH ASSY. ARRIVED AT SHOP. WE HAD NO IDEA WHOSE VEHICLE IT WAS FOR. SINCE CUSTOMER DECLINED *********************** AND WAS GOING TO TOW TRACTOR. WE WERE NOT EXPECTING ANY PARTS. WE WERE ABLE TO GET TRUCK BACK INTO SHOP FIRST THING MONSAY MORNING, 3/13/23.
WE SWAPPED PARTS NEEDED FROM OLD TRANSMISSION TO NEW TRANSMISSION. INSTALLED TRANSMISSION AS REQUIRED. ONCE EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED WE NOTICED TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES SEEPING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO BEING OLD AND BRITTLE OR NEW TRANSMISSION WOULD GO BAD VERY QUICK. CUSTOMERS SUPPLIER SENT A NEW CLUTCH WITH THE TRANSMISSION.WE INSTALLED BOTH AND CUSTOMER QUESTIONED WHY WE REPLACED CLUTCH. CUSTOMER DECLINED FOR US TO GET COOLER LINES AND SHOPPED FOR THEM THEMSELVES. THEN HAD THEM SHIPPED TO OUR SHOP TWO DAYS LATER.
CUSTOMERELY WE DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMERS SUPPLY THEIR OWN PARTS.THERE WAS A DELAY IN RECEIVING PARTS SEVERAL TIMES, DUE TO CUSTOMER GETTING INVOLVED.
18 HRS. LABOR WAS DUE TO ALL THE EXTRAS WE HAD TO DO TO COMPLETE THESE REPAIRS.
