      Today as i was putting my luggage in i asked the driver where to put my luggage again and he said i said over there sir in a rude tone i mean it was just a question to make sure i put it on the right side he didnt have to be so rude about it and when i got on the bus he yelled at someone trying to board the bus because he didnt have the ticket ready and he didnt have his luggage so unprofessional he then aploigzed when he got on the bus but if your in a proffesional enviornment please try to be friendly and leave your personal issues at home becausr we dont need that kind of stress in our lives especially me

      Peter Pan bus lines takes zero responsibility for anything that might happen. From ************ to *** the bus broke down and we were stuck on a highway for more than an hour, that was a $68 ticket. From *** to ********** (if I waited for a ************ bus it would have been hours), the bus got a flat tire in ******** and we had to switch buses, $86 ticket. (I can't get roundtrip tickets because you can't switch times without paying a hefty fee, and it only goes to ************ twice a day, at times that don't relate to any arrival that I can see.) I contacted customer support about these problems and was promptly responded to with a copied list of its policies, which basically says it's not responsible for anything. Really? I would wish I could get away with that, but it wouldn't happen because I care about customer service; it's clear that Peter Pan doesn't. The drivers were nice, but the buses were dirty and on one bus none of the outlets worked and on another half didn't. If you have another way to travel AVOID Peter Pan.

      Took a round trip from ********- ****** 11/18 and 11/10 No help at either end with putting baggage under bus or removing them Bus not clean at all On the trip to ****** a real panel on the bus came loose twice and to stop to close it twice Driver very rude on return trip to ******** telling you keep quiet before we left or we would return to the loading dock Use to be a great company to travel on. No more now

      I recently paid for a Peter Pan non-refundale bus ticket from ** to *** after having a horrible experience with Megabus. I did not want to miss the bus and arrived early to the Union station to be on time when it left at 8:15 pm. I found out that the bus would not be arriving until 9:24 pm and then would not be leaving until 9:44 pm . It would be leaving almost an hour and a half from the original time. Also, there are always unforeseen delays on the road so it would have added to that time causing me to arrive to *** later than planned. I understand it was non-refundable, but I was hoping to get a voucher to use at another time since I did not use my ticket. When I emailed them about this, they said I could only do this if I purchased my ticket a day in advance. I purchased my ticket that day. Peter Pans non-refundable policy is a sham because they know their service is awful and it is to guarantee they will be paid whether they get you to your destination in a timely manner or not. I will never use their service or any other bus service again since they all provide poor quality while trying to take everyone's money. I hope others would it avoid it as well until they actually give the customer's what they pay for.

      The worst experience of my life , I'm traveling with my daughter from ****** to ******** , we bought our tickets on Friday to depart on Monday at 6:30, the barcode wasn't generated, we spoke with the lady behind the counter who apologized and informed us that the 6:30 bus was canceled and we are on the 7:00 bus, so now we have to wait a full hour, she told us to just show the bus driver the receipt and he would look for our last name and generate the barcode, my daughter proceeded to the line and I was right behind with the luggage, she explained what the lady at counter told us and ***** , that is the name of the bus driver, told my daughter to go back and get the ticket printed or he wouldn't allow her to board the bus without a ticket, she again explained that we spoke to lady and ***** , that's her name told us to show our receipt and he would be able to Look for our last name , ***** then told my daughter to stop being LAZY and walk back to the counter!!!!!! Can you believe it ? Then I stepped in and ask him what was the problem and why was he being so disrespectful to my daughter, he then told us the we weren't allowed on HIS BUS !! Well I called the transit police and they solved our problem, SHAME ON YOU ***** , SHAME ON YOU PETER FOR HIRING SOMEONE LIKE HIM , don't try to tell that the first incident , ***** seemed very comfortable on his action and the supervisor seemed afraid of him , it's disgusting

      I been traveling with Peter Pan for many years to visit my family in Worcester, MA. The buses, the seating is HORRENDOUS, tiny seats. the bathroom, well less just say I dont drink anything for 5 hours prior to traveling. the bus drivers no nothing about driving at a reduced speed with icy highways, I actually got into an argument with one because "HE" was coming from behind, catching up with cars next to us and zooming pass them while ICY HIGHWAYS, to point that I actually had to ask him "at what speed limit are you suppose to be going with ice on the highways" we got into it and told me to call Corporate. Is obvious there is no training about that. TODAY: 6/1022: I had a trip from NYC to WORCESTER MA for a hearing for my brother. The hearing was cancelled so I dont have to go. I asked "via email" because noone ever picks up at their "CUSTOMER" "S E R V I C E" number if they, for this 1 time, out of courtesy could they refund me OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT since I been a loyal customer for at least 10-15 yrs. I was told sure $20 fee! I told her keep your pennies and I will write a bad review EVERY WHERE! So here I am keeping my word! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PAR WITH THE OLD FALLING APART BUSES!!!
