  This company did work on my skylights because they were leaking. I was told that I needed to replace the skylights with new ones. After the job was complete, my skylights began leaking again just over a year later. At this point I was told that they are leaking because of a problem on the roof. This means that I never needed new skylights in the first place and they simply wanted to convince me to do an unnecessary job. Now they say that I need to pay more money to fix the actual problem. In addition to this, I asked them about what reassurance I can get that this new job will actually fix the problem. Their response is that they are not confident enough in their work to give me any such reassurance. I called a different roofing company to get a second opinion, and their evaluation was that the skylights were installed incorrectly. This second company was able to redo the incorrect work for a lower price, and they were confident enough that the original job was done wrong to give me the proper reassurance that this will definitely fix the problem. Ever since the incorrect work was fixed, the leaking has stopped.The administrator that Reliable has hired to handle the phone calls is rather difficult to deal with as well. She does not return phone calls. She does not follow up on questions when she says she will. I need to follow up with her several times before she will send simple documents or information. She is unorganized, unfriendly, and easily flustered.This company should be avoided. They are unable to properly evaluate a problem. The work they provide is so poor that they are unable to provide any sort of reassurance that it has been done correctly. On top of all of this, their customer service is so terrible to the point where anyone that has an issue would rather just avoid the company and call someone else instead of dealing with the lady on the phone again.

  The name of this company should be UNRELIABLE ROOFING. They met with us in our home, heard our concerns and told us to add a ridge vent and soffit vents, along with replacing damaged plywood. Less than one year after installation, the roof is bubbling, the flashing around our skylights is lifting and the ridge vent is uneven. The new roof looks worse than the old roof before we replaced it! The Town of ****** Building Inspector failed the roof and there remains an open failed permit. The owner has been given ample time to resolve the problems and refuses to remedy the problem. Avoid this company!

  I have worked with Reliable Roofing, *********************************************** on several projects. They were very responsive and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were great to work with from the bidding process through completion. They stayed on the budget, and timeline and delivered an exceptional product. We couldn't be happier with the exterior renovation. I have recommended them to several neighbors with great results!

  Less than 8 years since I bought their windows, Ive had faulty seals allowing water to leak into my home. Reliable sent out a rep. to view one window in question. Said he would reseal window with the good stuff. Ive spent in excess of $5,000 because of extensive mold in my bedroom. I examine same thing in my living room. A general contractor confirmed. Sent Reliable an email to reseal these windows and havent heard back. Ive used them in the past and had no problem. Now in my retirement years, on a fix income, this is a mega disappointment. The workmanship just isnt there and Reliable isnt trustworthy when it comes to Best Business Practices. I wouldnt recommend Reliable they are just not Reliable.

  So disappointing. Simple window replacement that went BAD due to business lack of accountability. 2 years to have basic 4 window/doors replaced. Many problems with misordered parts, left the job half done for 6months before returning to finish. Windows are drafty and I'm left with buzzing, humming sound from the window and they say, "it's just the wind."Total lack of accountability. Completely focused on the money instead of delivering a good project outcome. Office manager just wants to argue and deflect from problems, not willing to compensate me for the hardship. Was told, we could have just left my job unfinished half way through but we didn't so you should be satisfied.Bad business strategy. Really dissatisfied with the hardship, the customer service and lack of accountability. Also the end product did not deliver as promised. Unfortunate to have this happen.
