    I'm ****** ****** one of the Trustees for ****************************************************************************************We have special keys to outside doors . Two of the Owners ask me to order keys from G** **********************, They are .the present **********************.I mailed in $40 for one set of keys & $40 for a another set of keys . GIM Management received the monies. Since February 15th & 25th. The Owners have not received their keys yet. This is unacceptable. Its been almost 2 months. I have proof of just one of the owners. ****** ***** *** # **, The other Owner is ******* ********* *** #**. This is poor management!!

    The delay in returning the keys was due to the envelope requiring a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, the shipping carrier made three separate delivery attempts, but on each occasion, neither of the listed property owners was available to sign for the envelope. As a result, the packages are ultimately being returned to our office.

    As soon as we receive the returned envelope, we will contact the complainant to coordinate a new method of delivery or pickup. We are more than willing to arrange for the keys to be picked up in person or shipped again.
