      Grab n go pick up cost $60 for parking alone with no warning before placing the order. On top of this, it took 40+ minutes to receive the groceries after I was notified they were ready, informed them I was on the way and marking I arrived, which was a sufficient amount of time after notifying the store I was on my way. I was charged for bags of groceries that were not given to me. ************** at this location was not accommodating nor pleasant to work with to resolve this horrible experience. I never received a phone call back from management to discuss this dissatisfying experience after submitting an inquiry and calling in. After four years of being a loyal local customer of this store, submitting this information 4-5 times on their contact us page over a 3 week period, calling in and never getting a call back or email to resolve this horrible experience, Im beyond disappointed by your establishment

      I am a disabled senior citizen. On friday, July 8 a took a taxi, with my ******, to the Star Market at ******************* at *************. I arrived only to find that the electric shopping cart was gone. I asked a woman at the **************** desk where the cart was. She told me that they are no longer available. It cost me a great deal of pain and inconvenience. I was unable to shop!This is a Civil Rights violation which needs to be corrected

      Two new electric carts have been ordered for this location.  Cart that the store had went missing and could not be located.

      Rude manager at customer service yelled at me unprofessionally in front of other customers for no reason.
