I thought after reading the reviews here I made the right choice hiring. This "company" cancelled scheduled workdays multiple times. Today was a half hour after he was supposed to be here, and this was to fix the issues he caused by flooding my ceiling, and the kitchen faucet that is falling off the sink that he installed. They were not thorough and misdiagnosed their mistakes. They caused damage and flooded my living room ceiling and have not rectified it, blaming the homeowner initially. Second rate results on all the work. My bathroom vanity was leaking within a week, and they left coffee stains on the white vanity top. Stains do not come out. They soiled the tile floor when they replaced the toilet that had just been professionally cleaned, not putting anything down on the floor first. They installed shut offs without asking first and used screws to the shower shutoff panel that could not be accessed; also adding to the flooded ceiling, as I couldn't get in there to look. A huge disappointment and time and money wasted! He came back once to address the ceiling using kilz and got it on my newly painted wall and also on my couch! Do not use this company. The first no show I didn't get an explanation, just they couldn't come. The second time he forgot to charge his phone, so he had to cancel. Ok then. (I was way too nice about all of it and even told him to wait over the holidays instead of coming here.) Now it's another bogus excuse. Total lack of responsibility, never mind professionalism. Stay away unless you want to be taken advantage of. I cannot use my kitchen faucet they installed (I told him the day of installation it was loose, he said it was the sink!) because it is now completely loose, and he was supposed to fix it today. I texted him last night and he never said a thing but told me he knew last night he wouldn't be here. I am beside myself and now need to call a plumber and a painter and shell out more money! Unacceptable.

Customer was made aware needed new kitchen sink and customer called with a leak next day. We found she removed bathtub overflow cap and cleaned the pipe to the point she broke it. She used her shower after and it leaked everywhere. So I went back to fix for free even though she caused the leak. No if thats not above and beyond I dont no what is. I have never had a customer complain above things that we didnt even work on

First of all, the company was hired to install a kitchen faucet, first floor toilet, first floor bathroom faucet, second floor shower system, second floor toilet, and second floor vanity with sink, and put in some shut off valves in the basement and the primary one I wanted for the outside spicket was never installed. I purchased and had available here all but the toilets and shut offs for them. The kitchen faucet was a little bit loose after they installed it. I told him it was loose, he replied that it was because of the of the sink, very vague. He did not tell me that I should get a new sink, that was never discussed. If it wasn't going to work well, he could have told me that and I could have taken another action whether it be a new sink or different faucet. Again, it was not discussed. I had just moved in and had the vintage ceramic tile bathroom floors cleaned before I moved my things in. When they replaced the toilets, they didn't put anything down to cover the floor(s) and the first-floor bathroom (especially the grout) had gotten soiled and stained, worse than it was before it was cleaned. The second-floor vanity needed to be replaced because the faucet had leaked in the past and ruined the old one. After they installed the new one it too, was leaking. I had to tighten it myself, I shouldn't have had to. In the second-floor bathroom they put a "panel" in the wall from my bedroom closet to access the shower install. They used a rickety piece of wood that came in a delivery box I had here to cover the hole. They put in there 2 shut off valves, that I didn't agree to but said OK after the fact and closed it up with screws that are for sheet rock, or something, which was impossible for me to open with any normal tool a person would have. I had discussed with them previously I was interested in a toe tap drain and he said he didn't like to mess around with old drains, and we discussed how the lever to control the drain closure didn't do anything. I tugged on it, was loose and wasn't attached to anything, and it came out. The old drain is still in place and still has no functioning stopper (I have to do it manually with a silicone one). I told him about the stopper coming out, and also that I noticed a small water stain beneath the bathroom, on my living room ceiling at that time and sent him a picture. He told me it looked like an old stain. It was not. I tried to open the panel in my closet so I could investigate the leak. I was unable to open the screws with any tool I had. They looked like "flowers", not ******** head, as far as shape. I almost ripped the thing off the wall to get in there but could not get in and thus couldn't find the water source. They finally came back and took the panel off and looked for the source. They didn't find it. They left and I took my shower. Later on, I saw how much it was spreading and how dark it was after that. They came back the next day and finally found that the drain was unattached. I did nothing with the drain, as I couldn't even get into the panel to get to it. (They also left coffee ring stains on my vanity top, and cigarette butts in front of my condo which is disrespectful to everyone as it is not my own driveway). ***** and I talked about what happened with the water fiasco and we both agreed that this was an unusual circumstance. He told me he would come and paint it. He came once after that and hit the marks with kilz. He was going to come just before the holidays, and I told him to wait till after because he has a family, and I could wait. Since the time he was hired to do the installs up to and including this past Saturday when he agreed to come and paint the ceiling ***** didn't show up on three occasions. Only once did he notify me. The other two times I had to text him, almost a half hour after he told me he would arrive and found out he was not coming. This last time he said he knew the previous night. I actually texted him on that previous night and never heard back. As far as the kitchen faucet goes it got really loose over the last few weeks and he was going to tighten it when he came to paint this past weekend. He didn't counsel me on it, but I ended up tightening it myself. There is nothing wrong with the sink and I didn't need a new one. If I can tighten it, why couldn't they? Instead, they said they wanted to sell me a new sink. I am a 60-year-old weakling with a missing index finger and arthritis for God's sake. I am a reasonable person who not only purchased most of the supplies, but shelled out more money that was agreed upon. I was beside myself because he blew me off again after waiting so long (date of service was mid-October) and telling him to enjoy the holiday time. He agreed to fix the ceiling. They came to find the leak and didn't look at the drain, obviously and he said he would make it right. It is clear he has no intention of keeping his word. I will have to pay a painter at this point. If ***** would agree to pay for the paint, we could call it even. It would have been nice if he has at least left the kilz here. Also, when he did apply the 2 coats of kilz, it is still brown at this time, he got paint on my wall and sofa. He did get paid for the extra work, believe it. I'd show you an itemized invoice, but I was never given one.

ok so you admitted your drain was loose and wanted a toe tap drain, we came back and looked and you cleaned it very hard ocd style and that why you knew it was loose because you touched it, we didn't touch it, however we still came and fixed it for free because I agreed to do that on the phone before I knew it was and existing issue, so we fixed that for free as well, i then came and painted stain for free with mold killing primer, because we go above and beyond. You were also told your sink was old and the metal was weak and it wasn't holding the tall faucet well, I recommended new sink, you said so in your first comment here, but in my response saying I told you it was the sink you said I didn't tell you. Well did you read your first complaint here it says I told you it was the sink. So if anybody actually reads this they can tell your all lies. So thank you for that. Again Im going to say you cant make everyone happy. We try our best, I did your service for a good price and I told you upfront your issue with the sink, you declined and new sink. When we came back to check for leaks (that you caused by cleaning) and we got there and the drain cover was off I said you need that piece or it will leak, you said you threw it away. Deep down you know this was your fault and you should do the right thing and fix this, as I fixed your issue for free with no complaints. I also checked your other reviews for ************************** and the hvac company you used and complained about, its funny they both got 1 star reviews from you as well. wow just wow you said it in your first comment here that I told you the faucet was loose due to the sink, they you say it wasn't discussed how does that make sense, lol Im glad you where half honest here people can see right threw it, so here is my last response, im sorry your not happy, I hope you have better luck with the other company you hire because as you said, all these companies you left them all 1 star, so I hope you find a company you can leave a 5 star review
