    I purchased 3 hats 12/20 for my husband all the same size none fit the same way or are comfortable for my husband. So I attempted to call the company they do not have a phone number listed, I attempted to complete the refund through their website but the refund option was not available! So I emailed the company they responded I am now no longer in the 12 day refund window but when I submitted I was not to mention these were Christmas presents so who could make a 12 day refund assuming you purchased for Christmas and received delivery on time ! No one ! So at this point I am stuck with ****** worth of hats I now hate to even look at ! Not to mention the companys arrogance and poor attitude! I have opened a PayPal complaint as well! A quick check of social media tells there are far more people like me that are fighting with this company !

    I purchased 6 hats from the company on 12/21/22 (Order #******). I received them on 12/29/22. On 1/8/23 I went through the return/exchange process on their website to exchange 2 for a smaller size and return 4 for a refund. I was denied the ability to receive a refund and instead only able to return them for store credit of $171. I emailed the company on 1/8/22 and received a response a few minutes later with the information that "Any cap purchased between Nov 24 and Dec 30 will have until January 31 to for an exchange or store credit. Refunds can be processed within 14 days of the original purchase date minus a restocking fee and shipping. Gifts are not eligible for a refund. I am very sorry as we cannot extend our return for a refund policy. Refunds can be processed within 14 days of the original purchase date minus a restocking fee and shipping."For a business operating entirely via mail, and considering the lengthy shipping times as of late, consumers should have more than 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund for items that do not meet their needs/expectations.
