    I just wanted to share how much I love your product! I have probably 20 or better, and keep adding more as you release more and more exiting options! Its a cult following out there, and I get tons of compliments every time I am in public. In fact, I had a guy stop me at our local Scheels last week just to talk about how much we admire the product and company. Best caps out there, hands down! Join the family!     I would like to start off by saying that I think they have a good product. While I may not like all, there are plenty of hat options that are pretty cool.I am solely basing my review on the customer service end of the business.I own hats from Boston Scally. I recently purchased another one and had been so busy between work, physical therapy and a new baby, that I didnt have a chance to wear it. To be perfectly honest, I had kind of forgotten about it, so it had not yet even been opened. When I did finally open it, I found that it was the wrong size, and that it didnt quite grab me like the picture online, so I attempted to start the return process (my first). I was denied. It seems that they have a very strict 30 day return policy. I get that with certain items, especially those that have been worn. Again, I had just opened the box. Now I am stuck with a hat that does not fit me and I didnt really want. Because of this, this will be my final purchase from this company.I tried to go back and edit my review on ****** and it said that the company cannot be reviewed. That is also pretty shady.

    These caps are amazing, quality made and comfortable. The customer service people know what they are doing as well. They are good at what they do at this company. I highly recommend picking up one of these caps. I bought a limited edition Frankenhead to start and then got the punk. Both different styles and both are good looking and comfortable.     If you want great get a Boston Scally cap great product with great quality as well as agreatcpanywith extremely helpful people iamso friggin excited I got my order with The Ace, the b grey boondockcap, thehebruiseri in navy blue , the bare knuckle iron and gravel its hard to pick a favorite they all fit good a look great th quality great I know some folks may think they are pricy but you get great quality of caps wfrom great group of people that stand by ther products and they answer peoples emails with questions within reasonable timeframe if you have never had one get one youll love it the quality and loook great for night onthe town o. I would suggest email them with questions to help decide what is best fit for your melon that way your stylin and rockin the best cases around Boston Scally caps rule ihave four more orders in transit the bruiser is nice lightweight summer cap they have other caps for summer weather also and they have a lot of great caps that are a wool polyblend so your melon stays warm in colder weather thank you Boston Scally new lifetime customer: *** ***** after having a stoke in April this has helped brighten my mood cause **** I look good with these on.     Staff is condescending, snide and disrespectful, more interested in countering complaints vs. solving them. ***** claims on shipping. Horrible service.

    I ordered a Scally Cap awhile back and it fit perfectly. I wear it all around but found that I needed different colors to match my outfits, so months later I ordered three more caps. Only one of them fit right so I sent the others back to swap them out since I figured I got a weird batch. When they came in, they were large also, so I sent them back a third time for a smaller size and they fit awesome. Boston Scally worked with me a few times with a difficult issue which was clearly my fault. I get comments on my caps almost every day. They take pride in their stuff.
