    OMG!! where do i start!! waited a month to get my car after i purchased a USED car. absolutely no returned calls. avoided talking to me when i called the main number, transferred me to voice mail. ***************************** told the car salesman ****** not to answer my messages that he would take care of everything but never retuned or called me on any status of the car, when i did speak to someone it was "let me speak to the manager and someone will return your call" or "we are short staffed " This has been one of the worst and stressful experiences i have had! I cannot stress enough on how horrible this place is!!! ****** was the only one that tried helping me at the end, she may want to go work for someone else that is more professional! I called again because the car is scratched and after having me wait so long to get it the least they could've done was paint it. The finance company also started billing me for the month i didn't have the car!! guess I'll have to go there!!! just RUN away from this place!! PRIDE **** HYANDAI AND *********

    I bought a 2023 Sorento and have had nothing but problems. My frame was cracked causing issues with the steering. When the service center repaired the issue, for the 2nd time, their technician tore apart my entire dashboard, entertainment center and gear shaft. They left scrapes, gashes, and damage around the entire dashboard in my new car. The leather shifter was torn up and frayed, the entertainment center was scratched and crooked and the heat wasnt working. Since then, they have had my car for 4 months and counting to fix the mess that THEY caused and I cant even get any answers on when Ill have my car back. I thought their warranty was a selling point, but what good is a warranty if you cant trust their service center.

    Inexcusable non professionalism in Sales AND Service. Buying a car from this dealership make sure you read EVERY amount applied in the buyng process. Next be prepared with their cover *** when you need your vehicle serviced. Horrible!!!

    Horrible. I have had the worst experience ever with this dealership, Pride **** It has been absolutely awful.
