The washing machine soap dispenser area all full of black mold have told company about this on several occasions also machine dispenser for softener won't accept the softener. After wash cycle is finished softener still in dispenser. Have told Management in building about issue and still nothing done to fix the issues. Worst company the management that owns the building ever had with a company they have for laundry machines.Customer Answer

Our technician has been assigned to clear/clean the soap and fabric dispenser.
Residents should be placing soap pods inside washer drum, not in the soap dispenser.
Unfortunately, in a community laundry room, some residents may not be doing this.
Automatic Laundry does not clean the machines in the laundry room, as this is the responsibility of property.

I live in a building which has laundry units serviced by automatic laundry services. Since 4/30 the dryer has been broken. I have called them multiple times to have someone come look at the issue, and they just never came, or pretended to have sent someone but the dryer was untouched. On May 30th they said they serviced it: the dryer was unplugged after their service, and when it plugged back in it showed the same error. That indicates to me they sent someone out who may have lied about having fixed it. Today the dryer is still showing the same error. The property manager and I have both called and emailed automatic laundry multiple times asking for followup, for them to send someone, etc with no luck this is very frustrating and I don't want other people to be taken advantage of by this business.Business Response

I spoke to ****** and had a very pleasant conversation with her. I explained that we have come quite a few times to fix the ** 19 error but there is some tampering with the reader occuring. I am dispatching a technician to completely replace the reader and the harness. If the issue persists we will have to escalate with the property to resolve. ****** disclosed that she appreciated the call and the info. I contacted automatic laundry on Saturday 3/30 about my card being stuck in the machine. I left 3 messages with the answering service from 930am to 1130am. I finally received a call back at approximately 1200N that service would call me momentarily and they would call me when they are close. I am handicapped and my ******** Care Assistant was waiting to do my laundry. My PCA had been at my home since 830am. I did not get a call back so I called again at 2pm and then at 4pm. I finally get a call back from the Director who **** tells me that there is no service on the weekends. I told her that one of her employees told iiiiiiiiiiiii me otherwise. I told her that my PCA was there all day and could not complete the task at hand. The Director apologized and said that she would contact service and that they would be out ASAP. All of there calls are recorded and if someone could listen to the two calls they would hear that they said that they were sending someone out. I did not call on Easter Sunday to speak to anyone so I called on Monday and spoke with the Director who said she did not tell me that. When I asked her to listen to the tape the Director put me on hold did not come back to the phone. Then another person got on and told me they would send service out to me. When I asked how I could report my experience to corporate they told me I cannot and they hung up on me. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and I have contacted the ***** of ******** at my condo complex so see if we can use another company. Various dates since May 2023 to 12/27/2023.Inconsistent charges to debit for laundry services, no reseversal of fees to debit card. Reversal of fees only occurs when you contact *****, tell her of specific transactions, wait then hopefully credit occurs to your account. I appreciate the convenience of doing my laundry down the hall but overcharges are definitely a SCAM. Having to call her after every transaction on laundry days, waiting for refunds should not be permitted. Charge for services rendered and no other fees (service fees, etc).. To make matters worse, I've gone into detail on all transactions and she wants to see my bank statements. I do not believe she needs this as she already has this information in her system/files regarding my specific case /account. I am only seeking reimbursement for overcharges for services not rendered but billed to my account and not credited back to my account. Dryer #3 has not worked correctly since they installed the machines! First weekend the washer broke and burnt all my clothes! Now I have reported several time via email and over the app that this dryer does not dry clothes! They say the come fix it and the never fix the problem. They have refunded some money but not nearly as much as I lose. I reported this again 2 weeks ago being the 3/4 time and today STILL not working leaves all my clothes wet. I have now but in 3 additional quarters on top of the **** to just start the dryer! This is an affordable housing complex! I spend easily ****** monthly on wash when the machines are running properly! I cant afford this! Maybe they should replace the dryer! There is only 2 washers and dryers.Business Response

We have received this complaint and sent a master technician. Here are his findings:
D3-1382- verified that gas was turned on to machine, no obvious signs of physical issues with machine. Test ran machine. During testing, observed a mostly blue flame with nearly no orange/red flame. This indicates a very good burn of the gas/oxygen mixture. Flame was consistent through the entire test period, up to the 3 min cool down period. Air flow out the vent is very good, moving the cover flaps on the exterior cover with ease.
D4-6434- verified gas was turned in to machine, and again,no obvious physical issues or damage. Upon ignition the flame in this machine was much more yellow/orange. . Venting performed very much the same as the other machine. Flaps on the outside cover moved with ease, healthy flow could be felt by putting a hand over the vent.
Both machines performed properly during testing.If someone is having issues they are either loading the machine above its capacity or using the wrong setting for the type/volume of clothing.We would also like to add we have receive no other complaints about the dryers not drying from any other resident. I recommend the resident carefully look at the settings she is selecting or put in less clothing for the results are consistent with overloading of the dryer.

I called Automatic Laundry to repair a cold water inlet valve on our Continental washing machine.The technician arrived Tuesday 5/30/23. Upon arrival I informed the tech of the issue. During the rinse cycle the machine would not get cold water from the valve. The machine would run normal until the rinse cycle, about 10 minutes into rinse cycle an alarm a (alarm A is water level) would go off, letting ** know the correct water level was not reached in the allotted time.The tech said he would look over the machine and diagnose the issue. Fine by me, he is the professional, I left him be. I came back about 30 minutes later and notice he was rebuilding the hot water valve. I asked him why, and he told me both valves were bad. Its an older machine so I did not question it, valves are relatively inexpensive. I went back to my office which was 30 feet from where the machine is located. About 5 minutes went by and I hear a very loud pop. I went to check on the noise, and the tech was standing next to a machine getting no power, with a very distinct smell of fried electrical components. I ask what happened, and he said he was not sure. He looks at the fuse box and finds two blown fuses. He replaced the fuses and finished rebuilding the valve. When he finished the work and turned on the machine, the hot water started pouring into the machine uncontrollably as soon as power is turned on. So he fumbles around some more and diagnosis a blown motherboard. This was not an issue before he worked on the machine. I reached out to office for a resolution and was told the mother board was the issue all along and they were not responsible. This is nonsense. The machine was not experiencing this issue when called out. If it was the motherboard all along, the original symptoms would be present after the valve was installed, Not these new issues. And why would he rebuild the valves if the board was bad? The tech made an error, they should fix our machine.Business Response

Dryers are constantly broke. I asked for a refund yesterday on a dryer that did not dry and was told it was my fault by a rep because I overfill. This is not true. Several neighbors have also complained. These dryers need replaced and I'd like a refund for the dryer thst didn't dry.Business Response

We did not receive adequate information about the complaint. We did not receive what contents were put in the machine, which building on the property, and which machine caused the issue. Despite this I am having our customer service team refund **** for two cycles. He should be receiving the refund this week.
