    If you're a property looking for a laundry company do yourself and your tenants a big favor and look someplace else!! And if you're a tenant and you see these machines run!! for a year and a half I've been washing with their machines and so far they've destroyed 4 loads of my laundry!! After filing a claim for my damaged goods and waiting and waiting nobody would even call me back!! Over 3 weeks it took me to contact the claims person who denied my claim for reasons that had nothing whatsoever to do with the laundry!! I washed white sheets in hot water and they came out with spots of a black hard substance all over them!! They denied my claim because I washed in hot water when the tag on the sheet said to wash in cold!! That's ********, it's not the temperature of the water that caused those stains!! this is not an ethical company, they make their decisions based on the dollar amount involved. If it cost $3 for a machine that didn't rinse out they will reimburse you but if it costs over $170 for ruined linens and blankets they will deny your claim and give you some ******** excuse!! they even lied to me and told me they maintain their machines in a regular fashion and no way is their machines to blame for the problem!! I verified this with the maintenance people in my complex and it was a blatant lie!! The only time those machines and dryers get maintained is when somebody places a service call!! The washing machines are not strong enough to clean white clothes thoroughly!! You need an additive with your detergent for the clothes to come out clean!! And if you dry in a low or medium cycle your clothes come out slightly damp sometimes!! All this company cares about is raising the rates every year and collecting the money, it costs over $3 to wash and $3 to dry that is ridiculous!! Again this company has poor business practices, they lie to avoid paying out claims and they should not be in business!!!!

    I have been using the machines at the condo complex for four years. For the last six months none of the machines clean the clothing. Even using spot removers on minor dirt stains that used to come clean no longer works. Soaking the clothing in detergent doesn't work. By looking at the time on the wash cycles I see that the machines used to run for 55 minutes and now run for 42 minutes. I also suspect it uses far less water. Both of those changes reduce the electricity and water bills and increases the profits for this company. This isn't about a $2 load of wash. I'd pay $3 or more if the clothing comes out clean. I don't want to spend twice the amount of time to run them again. I will have to hand wash. There's no refunds, I'll have to damp dry the clothing on a rack and them run them in the driers until the card runs out of money. I'm done.

    Sunday night I called in a work order for a dryer that wasnt providing heat. These dryers work when they want. I spent $4 to dry my clothes and they were not dry. No heat came out. Weve had issues with these machines for a while. They finally replaced them a couple days ago. I go to dry my clothes and I get an Error code and loose out on the last 18 minutes of my dry time. Weve received no explanation of new washers and dryers being installed and now my card doesnt work and there is $20 left on it.I have emailed and called several times for this issue and I am not being assisted properly. The call dropped 7 times. I had to re explain my issue 4 times and Ive sent 3 emails already.Finally I get an answer and the representative tells me she will email me directions and where to mail my card so I can get my refund. Two hours later, no email. I call and call again and I reach someone else. She states I need to mail my card with an explanation so I can receive a refund. I now have to re register with a new card to use these machines or I can use my personally debit or credit card.Honestly, automatic laundry it self is hard to deal with. There are always issues.During their recent installment. They left the laundry room a mess. I received an error code after using the new dryers. I still had 18 minutes left and the dryer stopped. They provided us with machines that are still not working up to par.They tell me to download the app. BUT the app wont work. I am registered, I have an account. Yet my credentials wont work.I have called automatic laundry numerous times and they keep dropping my call. When I do get someone, they rush me off the phone.I am owed almost $30 at this point and now I have to write an explanation, put it in the mail with my card, pay for postage and wait for them to give me my refund. At this point, I am not confident I will receive this refund after all that I had to do today to get assistance.

    I put $15 on a laundry card I got 1 wash and dry out of it, the machines malfunctioned and ate the money without starting. I called to get a refund to the card. I was told I have to mail in the card (pay for the postage) wait over a week for them to check the card. And the mail me back different card with 10 dollars on it. This is ludicrous to have to do so much for a 10 dollar refund on constantly defective machines, that never get serviced.
