    I purchased a ticket for the Cars for June 6th date **** ******. Bought ticket online. Never received ticket or response. Now the event is cancelled. In fact 1/2 of the events have so far been cancelled. I put in an appeal with my credit card. They will not answer the phone nor my email request. Not conducting business right.

    On January 9th and 29th, we purchased tickets to The Music Room in ****************, for two future shows for a total of $216.30. Both shows have been cancelled without notice and there's no way to get in touch with them unless you go there. I did go there after the first show was cancelled and spoke with the owner. He took my information and said he would credit my card and has not done so, nor have we've been reimbursed for the second show.

    I attended a show at the Music Room along with 3 friends on May 28th 2024. My total bill at the end of the night was $154.70. I left a $40.00 tip for a total of $194.70. I noticed sometime in the next week that I was charged for both the $154.70 and the $194.70. Since the time I found the double charge I have both visited the Music Room and called the owner 5 times to no avail. The last time I went I was able too speak with a **************************** who told me he was the owner. He apologized for the error and told me he would take care of it the next day. As of today, Tuesday June 25th, I have yet to hear from ******************** looking for my $154.70 in cash.

    Bought tickets to ********************************* for 8/7/22. Show cancelled 8/6/22, no notice to me. Refund refused. Claims show rescheduled to July 2023. I live in **************** so obviously that wont work.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  However, PayPal reviewed it and refunded my money.  The owners of this business are thieves.   They told PayPal they had the right to keep the money because they had a no refund policy, even though they cancelled the show and I was from out of state.   They said the show was rescheduled to July 2023, but their calendar ends with December 2022.  In addition, the artists calendar, which does have dates as far in advance as June 2023, does not have a rescheduled show.   LIARS.

    Purchased two tickets for Comedy Legends Show on 7/31/2022. This show was cancelled, without notice. Since that time the only response I could get was on ********* They told me they typically exchange for another show. I explained we were on our way home, and just wanted a refund.They repeatedly told me I would have to email *****, as he is the only one who can do refunds? After 4 emails and much back and forth on ********* I decided this was a losing battle. Copies of tickets attached.

    To BBB & the Customer, as seen in attached document, we have had a no-refund policy for all ticket purchases as a disclaimer listed on the "Ticket Purchase Page" (Example:https://musicroomcapecodtickets.com/events/sugar-ray-and-the-bluetones-09102022/) . When a national touring act cancels a show last-minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we honor the ticket(s) purchased but apply this to the rescheduled date or credit toward any future shows as we have no control of cancellations by these artists or their management. ********* hosts national touring acts six nights per week, year round and again, the "no refund" disclaimer is posted clearly on the "Ticket Purchase Page". This is the policy we incorporated in 2021. As a venue we are happy to provide all customers with equal credit toward any future show or shows. Best regards, *****
