    I think ***** ******* and ***** ******** don't care about their customers. Here's my most recent correspondence with them - of which I STILL haven't received a reply OR a refund for my tickets."Okay I am responding AGAIN - because I still havent received my refund for the rescheduled ***** ******** show back in September!!!! Please refund the credit card that I used to purchase the tickets way back on April 18, 2024. The total charge was $154.50. I have been emailing calling and leaving messages and then when I tried again to call the office # today - Theres a message saying "the Mailbox is full and can no longer accept messages Good ******* told me back on 9/26/24 that you would refund my purchase and you already released the seats I had paid for - so now youve been paid twice!! Honor your own words and give me my refund!****** ******* And here is the email that I received saying:"To Whom It May Concern,If you are receiving this email, you purchased tickets to ***** ******** which was originally scheduled for September 21 and rescheduled by ******* agency to tomorrow night, September 27. All reserved seats have been moved over to the rescheduled date (Tomorrow, Friday, Sept 27). However, if you were not made aware of this date change, and cannot attend tomorrow night, please reply to this email and we will refund your purchase and release the seats, as this show was sold out in ************ regards,-- ***** *******, CEO The Music Room Not only did they get to Resell my tickets, but I paid for them back in April, 2024 - So not they have been paid TWICE for the same tickets!! Bad **************** There are plenty of other honorable Music Venues to hear awesome music... PLEASE don't patronize this place!!!!****** *******
