    This company installed new gutters and downspouts at my home in March of 2021. They provided a 2 year warranty. On August 2, 2022, I called them to tell them that the downspout on the 2nd level had come apart and that the downspouts were not draining water into the gutter on the lower level but rather shooting it straight out onto my deck (glass table). After not hearing from them I placed several more calls spanning the months of September and October (9/1, 9/4, 9/22, 10/18 & 10/31). The owner came out to look on Labor Day and said they would be out next day to fix and never showed up. On 10/31, I spoke with ***** at the company who absolutely ensured that someone would be out that day or the next. No one has shown up yet.

    First, to clarify I bought this business after March of 2021. The previous owners performed this work. They relocated to *******.

    Second, this is the first notice received from the BBB. I have checked my email and my spam/junk mail there are NO notices.

    Third,  the owner did go look at this issue and sent out our employees, at that time, to perform the repair in order to honor the previous owners workmanship warranty. We have sent workers out to do this repair twice; obviously, they didn't show. Those employees no longer work for our company. As we have had no luck in finding dependable employees we have tried to service our customers the best we can. Today, January 4th ***** went and completed the repair and left a "Sorry We Missed You" notice. Hopefully, this resolved the customers issue.

    I am rejecting this response because: No repair has been made, no note was left. I work at home every day and would know if someone was up on the roof to fix. See picture attached, clearly not fixed and responder is lying!
