    Absolutely horrible experience with Chris from Hang-Rite. Anybody is better. Run, do not walk away from this company

    We contacted CKG Gutters, LLC indirectly to replace our gutters. We actually called Hang-Rite Gutters, a company that we had used in the past. Unfortunately, Hang-Rite Gutters was purchased by CKG Gutters but the original name was not changed. Our gutters were leaking causing ice on the front and back steps. Chris G provided a proposal with a plan to complete the job within 7 days. He required a down payment for both the job and the gutter guards. Chris never returned to start the job. He did not show after six agreed upon completion dates. A certified letter was sent to his address requesting a full refund. The letter was returned unopened. We filed a small claims complaint. CKG Gutters did not send a representative to the court, therefore losing the case by default. CKG Gutters was given 30 days to refund our deposit before a second court date. CKG Gutters did not send a representative. The case is ongoing...Do not use this company.
