Beware, *************** is excellent, however the financial services group in this practice is beyond incompetent. I was overcharged for services and was told 2 months ago a refund would be mailed to refund the overages. I called every week for six weeks and was repeatedly told my refund was mailed early November. Today I decided they had more than enough time to mail my refund so I called and requested to speak with someone who could help. After two calls I was told my refund was mailed December 8th - not in November as told several times earlier. The office explained the ***** office failed to mail my refund - my question now is Why didnt someone look into this issue after the 2nd or 3rd time I called? Why continue to tell me to wait another week. Considering the poor lack of response to my situation I requested they send my refund overnight. But once again I was told I should receive my refund by the end of the week. This is clearly a practice that does great dental work but the finance staff is less than adequate. How long should a client wait to receive a refund???

Awful Business Practices! Please stay away! We have been waiting over 10 months to have insurance claims processed! All they do is lie, lie, lie. Youll be receiving a check in 2-3 weeks. No more like 11 months later and no interest tacked on. Pure thievery! They should be ashamed!
