    An absolute con man and thief, how he can sleep at night is beyond me. Ripping off so many grieving families, a disgrace. Police reports and small claims court can do nothing.His grandfather who ran the business honorable must be looking down in disgust as it would be way passed disappointment at this point.Doesnt deserve even a single star, he has no soul.

    Took our order April ************ paid. Many phone calls, excuses and unanswered messages by October we asked our bank to reverse the transaction on our credit card for service not provided.

    In April of 2023 my elderly mom gave Garside a check to engrave the date of death of her daughter on the monument that was purchased from Garside in 2015 when her husband, my Dad passed. The check was cashed within 2 days. Numerous phone calls were made by my mom and myself emails were sent as well and a letter.No response was ever given and the work is still not done. We have gone to another monument company to do the service. Garside is unprofessional and took a senior citizen's money without providing the service nor refunded her the money.

    Do not use this company. Many complaints have been filed with ************ PD. We never received cemetery headstone that was ordered on 1/4/23. Little to no explanation . Constantly lied to **. Still waiting for refund or stone.
