This is The second issue Ive had with State Road Auto sales and they are very near a huge lawsuit I bought a vehicle from them which they then illegally repoed, then when they got the car back they sent me a list of charges saying that I owed them an additional 5,000$ after the recovered the car back for supposed damage done to the car, which is a bold face lie because I kept that car in better condition then they had it when I bought it from them, I had tires shine in it, it was waxed regularly and the interior I had in mint condition so for them to charge me 5,000$ for issues that definitely didnt arise-shows the kind of company this is, if this isnt resolved I will speak with the Attorney General and with a lawyer, I want this ridiculously fake charge removed from my name and state road auto sales to never speak to me again

******************* you leased a volkswagon cc back on 4/2/2018 . if there was a dispute it should of been addressed back in 2018 when it was repossessed with damages.   as for your polishing of the car maybe you did however the mirror was broken and the hood was damaged ..   we also needed to replace 2 tires and 2 rims..  as you can see you defaulted on the agreement on the very first payment as you didnt make any payments for 10 weeks.  As the vehicle is under our name we have every right to take our property back.   please be advised we will NOT be removing the charges

on the day that this van leaves the store, it already had the check engine lights on, I tried several times to contact and never got a response so I found out from my mechanic that this car has transmission problems, I have 3 cars and I pay the installment of the 3 cars, the other 2 I can track payments that have already been made and what needs to be done through the company's website, this is the only company that the communication is horrible, a few days ago my new bank rejected the payment I made, and then I looked for options to solve this, I even went to the store on Saturday and it was closed at 3pm, so that same day, so as not to have a problem, I decided to repay the payment on the company's website, which was deducted from my account yesterday, August 16th, even so today someone came to my house without knocking on the door, without calling me, entered my garage and took the vehicle that had already been paid for! below I'm sending photos of my account vouchers and also reviews of tons of customers who went through the same problem as me
