      This company offers weekly lease to own payments...when you are over 10 days late for a payment you get a late fee. What they dont state in the contract is that they fee the same payment over and over until it is paid. Therefore if you miss a payment, it wont matter that you are still making current weekly payments, youll continue to build hundreds of dollars in late fees (for an old missed payment) until they hit you out of the blue with a reposession text message letting you know you have 24 hours to pay it in full or you won't have a car anymore...If that's how they want to do things that's their choice, but as of today their contracts do not say that therefore they should be void.

      I bought a 2013 ***************** from this company. It was my first time getting a loan so I went for the buy here, pay here business. This car had multiple problems after a year, and I was meticulous about maintaining it. I couldnt even drive it for the last 3 months due to it having a rotted frame. They texted me on Thursday to tell me I owed $700 in late fees by the following day or they would repossess the car. I disputed this, and they told me finally on Sunday that they would extend it one more day. I only have a couple of weeks left on the loan, and they hit me with this falsehood? And give me only a couple of days? They are really shoddy and should go out of business.
