    On the night of April 6, 2024, I had my Jeep towed to JB Auto bc it wouldn't start. Early April 7, ********* called to ask what was going on and I told him the Jeep won't start and it's doing exactly what it does for the last year or more that I've been trying to get them to fix this same problem. I told him I don't have money to do a major repair so I only want the necessary repairs done vs the upsell they always do. He told me it was the power brake booster that needed replacing then changed his story to it being the power brake vacuum pump and rear brakes. Told me it would be 1200 which I didn't have. Then they had me open a Snap credit acct and they charged me over 1500. I picked the Jeep up Wed April 10. On Sat April ****************************************************************************** $108 for towing, $40 for a cab ride home, $48 for a cab to pickup a rental, and $80 for a rental. This time they tell me it's the starter but my starter is under warranty so they had to fix that for free. It was the starter all along and they erroneously charged me, charged me more than what they even quoted ( all of this is on a recorded line along with the ******************* fully admitting they messed this up but they won't refund me, they're only offering a credit). Between the $300 overcharge they fully acknowledge, and the $300 in all the towing/ cab costs..these guys have blown $600 of my money and refuse to pay it back. Not to mention that I should never have been charged for this at all. Please help me, this isn't right. The idea that they won't refund the erroneous charge is theft.

    On 8/10/2023 I called jb auto care to have my headlights replaced. I advised them I went to Autozone 2 days before and bought the lights bulbs for the replacement and just needed them installed. I was told to bring my car in the morning on 8/11/2023 at 8am to have them replaced quickly. When I arrived I was dressed for work as I needed to be in my office at 9am the latest 10am. I wore a white blazer, alligator print skirt, black shirt, black heels, along with a fendi tote bag and a Rolex on my right hand with about 4 diamond rings on my hands. As I walked in the office the staff was looking at me and started to greet meet obnoxiously. I told the rep I called about replacing my headlight bulbs and I bought my own replacements. The guy said ok cool let me take a look. He walks outside and lefts my hood on my **** fusion and said he would have to remove my frame to access the light. He told me I could sit in the waiting area. After 15mins he came to me and stated it will take 2-3hrs and the cost is $297.00. At that point I should have left but I was desperate because I had no lights and Im already ***** mins in at this place. I agree not knowing why it was expensive especially for a **** fusion 2015 and I supplied my own replacements. After I agreed the rep comes back and states he needed me on the bay to explain something to me. As I walked out my tires were completely off my car and my car was up in the air and the rep tried to over charge me for additional work beyond what I came for. Needless to say as I went back to pick my car up I was asked by another rep how much I spent on my fendi bag. As he stated I choose the big one not the little and I was also questioned what I do for work and then it made since for why I was charge nearly $300 for headlight replacements. In conclusion my frame was never taken off my car because I know for a fact if it was the tape I had on there holding a piece of my car up in the front would have been moved or adjusted.
