    Brought my car in for AC problems. They said they exchanged the freon and charged me hundreads of dollars. Once I get home I realize its completely empty and they did not refill it. Scammers.

    Brought car in for second opinion on cylinder 2 miss fire with check engine light on. JB auto has free diagnostics, the technician said that is not the problem. Technician said need to fix the intake gaskets, flush injectors, retape spark plug, replace blower motor, replace ac condenser for $2,670.00 will fix the problem. Drop car off on 6/30 and pickup on 7/13. The check engine light was still on, he said have to drive for 100 miles to clear it. Check engine light is still on after driving over the 100 miles and it still can't pass inspection. Brought car back to JB auto on 7/21. Now, technician said there is misfire on cylinder 2, we will need to replace, your lifters, rocker arms and intake and exhaust cams. Your total investment would be $3,365.45. They assured that the cylinder 2 misfire was not the problem before and I agree to have the ac fixed and the rest of what technician said was needed. They took advantage of the situation as I would never agree to have the car fixed. They are so disingenuous.
