      I contracted Two Men and a Truck to load household items (furniture only) onto a truck that was used to transport my items from MA to VA. I paid $2,000 for this service. The crew was late and failed to use proper materials, cover/wrap items properly and load items properly. The crew was inexperienced, unprofessional and clearly not trained properly. A large percentage of the items arrived damaged due to improper packing technique and effort. One item, a very expensive mattress from VI Spring, was damaged beyond repair prior to loading it on the truck. I walked inside the house to find the crew sitting on top of the mattress, after folding it in half, and pushing the mattress down violently in order to make it easier for them to carry. When I asked them what they were doing, they replied "this mattress is killing us". When I asked them to get off it and inspected it, they had ripped the entire mattress and filling was spilling out on the floor. The mattress had not even been packed on the truck yet!There was additional damage done to other items (scratches, chips etc). Destroyed an expensive custom bed frame, did not wrap my children's mattresses. Etc ...While the crew acknowledged that they caused the damage, and filed a damage claim report prior to leaving the property, management has not provided any resolution and has denied liability claiming > the item should have been declared an item of "extraordinary value." This was their attempt to avoid responsibility. Well, this is not the case as the item cost LESS than $100 per pound. I have not received any correspondence since despite repeated attempts to find a fair/reasonable solution.Their company motto is "MOVERS WHO CARE". What a load of ...I have moved a number of times over the years and this was by far the worst move experience I have encountered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
