      This company is deceitful. They ask for your credit card before doing any services because its $400 just to assess the problem. I thought I was paying $400+ for them to replace the ****** and wax seal on my toilet. He said hed have to come back another day to do the ****** and charge an additional $700+ to replace the ****** on top of the $400. Im not sure if he intended to replace the wax seal at the very least, but when I complained he did. The price he gave for a wax seal and ****** replacement was the same price he gave me to install a new toilet! $1000+

      They are big time fraud. Don't give your credit card information to them. I was charged more than $400 for a job they never did.

      WARNING! RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Emergency visit $200.Diagnostic $59.$259 to say they can't fix because they didn't bring the right tools.

      They should be named SUPER CHEATERS. If you are using them just ask for labor and material cost breakup. They explained the situation as if it was something major and all they did was faucet change.They charged ** exorbitantly and now are not ready to provide ** break up of labor and material cost. Its total SCAM. Total rip off. We believe they are not running their business ethically and not showing correct income on books to avoid taxes

      Read the reviews on Yelp. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they overcharged me for a simple flip switching that took less than a minute. They also unnecessarily recommended the boiler replacement. Read the reviews on Yelp as they are more accurate and reflect the true nature of this business. Stay away.

      ******************* **** located in ********** **. illegally charged my AMEX credit card $1,010.19 without my permission. I authorized the $150 charge (emergency fee), and they were to get back to me with the cost to repair the problem. they had my phone number. They did not get back to me but called the maintenance man who let their technician in, to get authorization for the additional $1,010.19 charge. He said he'd get back to them. He never authorized the charge, and even if he did, he would never have the right to do that. It is my card, in my name only, and only I can authorize you to charge on my card. Furthermore, they taped the calls they had with the maintenance manager without his permission. They never told him he was being taped. That is illegal in the **********************.
