      Gutter cleaning service. On 1/4/25 I recieved a text saying that people were on their way to clean my gutters. It was not an appointment confirmation and it stated there was no way to respond. A short time later 2 men were on my roof with blowers and a crow bar attempting to break the ice **** in my gutter shaking the entire soffit with the force. I went outside and asked him to stop because of the damage surely being done to the gutters/soffit attachment. He didn't speak much English and asked me to trun on the hose. He showed me a picture on his phone of the ice **** he was chipping at. I went to check on the hose, which was already on as evidenced by the water coming from the spigot but not out of the hose because the hose was frozen. I explained this to him and asked them to leave, which they did. They were there for maybe 5 to 10 minutes. A few hours later I received a bill in the amount of $129.47 for work that had not been done. When I called the provider, the secretary was not interested in hearing my concerns but only in justifying the bill. She claimed they provided a "blower service". I informed her of the above, she brought up the agreement to have the gutters cleaned after the leaves fell. (That is done by November in Ma) I asked if they check before they send a crew out on a day that the requested service cannot possibly be provided and expressed my concern over possible damage done by the banging / crowbar. She kept changing the story and attempting to put words in my mouth to justify their 'professionalism' and cited good reviews and standing with the BBB. I said I would not be paying this bill. Did not want to continue to argue with her further. I told her she would have to bring me to small claims court to get payment for this sham and that by then I would have a better idea how much damage exactly was done. (My lack of having gone on the roof in 26 degree weather made her claim I stated there was none.) This business is a scam.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint regarding damage to the customers home. Upon being contacted by the customer, we promptly sent a manager to the home to inspect the property for any potential damage. However, when the manager arrived, they were unfortunately turned away and unable to conduct the inspection. Our crews are highly trained professionals who use specialized tools when performing gutter cleaning services. We send out fully insured two-person teams to ensure that the cleaning is done as efficiently and safely as possible. The teams are also mindful of the weather, as our work is often performed under tight timelines due to the seasonality of gutter cleaning. We understand the customer's concern, and we are requesting that the work performed be inspected so that we can ensure the service was completed properly and address any issues directly. Additionally, we want to clarify that our dry gutter cleaning service, performed during the fall season, holds the same guarantee as our water-based cleaning services. We are confident in the quality of work and committed to resolving this matter in a fair and timely manner.

      This whole tranaction has been a nightmare. I Will NEVER use NEDS Gutters again. First they come to replace my old gutter and break by solar lights on the porch. Then I find the gutter is leaking in spots and they send the people who clean the gutters to install drip edge and all they did was bend and distroy my drip edge on my new construction. Lastly they charge my credit card for complete payment without my authorization. I provided my card number only for the original down payment to initiate the gutter replacement. I did NOT AUTHORIZE them to charge the compete payment to my card. Never use them again.

      Levi ********************** gave my information to ***'s Home and now they constantly call all hours of the day and night marketing I have a told them multiple times to stop but they continue to email and call after telling them to stop I am reporting to BBB. I need you to make them stop Please

      They came out and cleaned my gutters on 2/2 with no approval and are trying to charge me for my service.I have a screen shot where I told them on 1/22 I did NOT need my gutters cleaned but they came out while was at a funeral. I also have emails to their company address asking if they could clean them back in Mid December with no reply so had to find another cleaner After several attempts to reach them and o reply I had to hire a different company so my gutters were clean.

      *** Stevens is a gutter cleaner. I was not expecting them to come out as I had thought I was clear in my communication with them that I did not want anything to do with their business after aggressive upselling over the summer. They arrived at my home on Dec 2, 2023. A different company cleaned my gutters on 12/1/23. *** Stevens did not ever confirm that they were coming nor did they knock on my door as the technician stated he did. I heard the ladder hit my house and went outside to find the guy climbing up. I told him to stop. They had not started the cleaning. They removed the ladder. I contacted the company immediately. They are charging me for a job that did not happen. The technician submitted a report that they knocked and when I did not answer they completed the job. This is false. I have a dog who alerts to door knocking and bells. They also never entered my yard. Im being told they track by gps and will be billed for time spent so if technician idled near my house it looks like they completed work. I feel scammed.

      Back in August or December of 2022, my elderly father was talked into getting an annual gutter cleaning service that wasnt needed. Only one side of my house has trees and they admitted (on-site and noted in the file) that they were unable to clean that side. There was nothing to clean on the opposite side but they still charged my elderly father for a cleaning and talked him into an annual gutter cleaning which was $140 a cleaning. I was told by customer service (on 6/7/2023) that they came out in December to clean the gutters and he was charged $140. Again there was nothing to clean and the supervisor noted they were unable to clean the side of my house adjacent to the trees. This is clearly a case of scamming the elderly.

      Hello. This is in response to complaint number 201 *****. We just wanted to follow back up. I am not really sure what the the person is complaining about. We were asked perform service. The customer called us. We only did what we were asked to do and then the scathing letter was sent to us and in the day, we just want to make our customers happy, but we want to be fair on both ends. They can always give us a call back. But this is for *** Stevens gutter cleaning again response, sorry, complaint 201 *****. Thank you
