  This company came unauthorized to my house cleaned my gutters and now is harassing me daily with phone calls about a $400 bill. Please do not use this company.

  Can I select a ZERO Star. One of the worst services I have ever encountered. They don't cancel or stop services when you ask and then show up to your property unannounced with zero notification and begin work. There is no way to communicate with them. When did hear from them 2 months AFTER the original contract I was sent a text that did not take reply's 30 minutes before showing up. All emails from them can't be responded to. Had to have the work done ahead of them because they took so long. MORE importantly they came on my property without me being there or having the chance to tell them NO..... Scary - i got Neds Home from a local "BEST of AA county" publication. What a scam.

  One of the worst services I have ever encountered. They don't cancel or stop services when you ask and then show up to your property unannounced with zero notification and begin work. This is one of the most dishonest vendors I have ever dealt with. They also left their tools in my gutters for over a year, hanging. Do not use this company and avoid at all costs. All the ********* families on ******** are also complaining too! Extremely unethical company. Please avoid!

  I would try a better company. All these guys will do is use a blower and run a hose through your gutters. They will not do a thorough inspection or remove the cover to clean the gutters properly. No pictures sent as promised of completed cleaned gutters.

  It happened two times to me already:The team came without letting you know when they came. Then they spent abput 10 to 15 minutes blowing leafs and quickly finished the job. After a month or so, gutters got clogged with stuff that was supposed to be cleaned to bein with with power wash. Then I had to call company to redone the work. Since it happened twice already, I was thinking I can order a scheduled visit so I can make sure they do the prower wash for me. But when I called, I was rejected. I was told no scheduled service is available... and they are OK if I am using someone else. I was disappointed indeed... they do not care if they loose customers...

  Every time the team comes, they break something. They broke the rain hood when they clean the dryer vent, and today they broke my lawn faucet when they clean by gutter.But the worst thing is when they broke your things, they don't tell you, they just ran away! Both times, they left without any notice, I have to find out the issue myself, and when I found the faucet issue, the water has been running wildly open for at least an hour without attention.Then you will have to call them and report the issue, I was told that I will need to find a contractor to fix the issue myself, and mail them the invoice so they can reimburse. It is none-sense, why do I have to deal with the mass you guys left??Stay away from this company, half of their crew does not speak English, you cannot communicate with them, and work are terrible. I used their gutter clean, mosquito control and dryer vent cleaning services, I am not satisfied with any of those works. They finish most work in 10 minutes while some other contractors will spend at least ***** minutes on it, guess what kind of services you get form them. TERRIBLE!
