On 10/30, I ordered pizza for 11/15 - I had to cancel the order(#GD10301302631) due to miscommunication. The order was canceled, but they still charged me for the order, and the price they charged was incorrect. My bill was ******, and they charged me 129.On 11/11, I ordered pizza for the same day. According to the email I got, I was charged(#GD11111040253) ******, and on my ** bill, Grabull charged me 290. I know there's no significant difference, but when you need to do expense reports, and everything has to match what's on the ** bill, and you can't, it gets complicated. Since noticing the mistakes, I've tried calling numerous times and have received no callback. I've attached the receipts, the cancelation(which was made 24 hours before delivery), and a copy of my ** statement showing the inconsistencies. I did order a steak cheese with mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise they didnt make it like that Im allergic to American cheese the customer service told me that she cant do nothing about it that I can just eat it like that thats great customer service I never in my life complain about anything but this time its not right thats a problem talking to someone that didnt care about we are allergic to that We did a special instruction no American cheese but no the app didnt pass the instructions so the customer service told me nothing she cant do so no matter if you allergic to it its ok eat it all this cause she didnt get the instructions unbelievable how many innocent people up there can get a bad customer services.Customer Answer

Ordered a meal on grabull website for pickup at ************** in *******. I entered zip code, and specifically chose the ******* store. Placed order. At store the restaurant said they dont use grabull, though some of their other stores do. I called grabull and they informed me the food was at another store. I explained that I double checked the location. So I called the other restaurant. They totally understood and said it happens often. So she said she would cancel the order and let grabull know. I called grabull to inform them that GG was cancelling my order. She wouldnt do it despite the restaurant saying they did. **************** was very rude at grabble and I agree with the other complaints here and feel that this is a fraudulent site. I made a purchase of $45.00 for a delivery, grabull said they couldn't deliver due to roads being blocked off and said they would refund my card but haven't, and will not return any of my messages. This is theft!!Initial Complaint

I was charged by both the company Grabull and the restaurant. I called the company explained the situation and they stated that they would call me back. I still have yet to get a call back. Don't use this site it is shady.Customer Answer

I am a local business owner.6/10/23 1:48pm I received a phone call from a Grabull rep asking if I received an order for "*****" I informed the rep I did not receive the order and that I am not on the Grabull platform. I deal exclusively with Slice and DD. I asked the rep to take my restaraunt off their platform. After hanging up with Grabull I checked their website and saw my restaraunt was listed but with someone else's menu. I called Grabull back and reiterated I am not on their platform and we have no contract for them to provide a 3rd party service. The rep informed me the customers order was canceled and a refund was issued. 6/10/23 5:28pm I received a phone call from an understandably upset ***** questioning why an order for his child's birthday party was not delivered at the quoted time. I explained to ***** the events from earlier today and he informed me Grabull has not contacted him or refunded his money. When the call ended ***** was not happy and I believe he still thinks fault lies with my restaraunt. To make matters worse the party was located at an establishment that exclusively recommends my restaraunt for birthday parties and we value that establishments commitment to providing us with sales from their business. Now their may be a change in our business relationship due to unprofessional conduct on Grabulls part. This company needs to remove anything pertaining to my establishment from their website and accept responsibility for the harm done to my businesses reputation based on their incompetence.Initial Complaint

Grabull charges an additional $2 per order above and beyond what is listed on the receipt from the restaurant. This has occurred at least 3 times to me over the last few months, and Grabull does not provide any response as to why the amount charged is $2 more. A food pickup order was placed from ****'s ************** through Grabull's online ordering service on May 23, 2023. The order confirmation e-mail indicated that if there was a need for customer support, it should be addressed as on their website, which states that customer service can be reached at ***************************** (this is also the address that replies to the confirmation e-mail go to).Despite being charged for it, and despite being promised that all ordered items were in the sealed bag when I picked it up, one of the items from my order was missing. This item was a Tiramisu, priced at $8.00, and with the tax and fee rate for the order, that missing item cost $8.82. I wrote to Grabull's customer support shortly after arriving home and opening the bag to discover that part of the order was missing, and insisted that they refund the appropriate amount.That e-mail received no reply. Three days later, on the morning of May 26, 2023, I contacted Grabull customer support again and told them that if they did not reply and issue the refund by close of business, I would open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a chargeback dispute with my credit card issuer. It is now five days later, I have received no reply, and I am filing this complaint seeking my money back, and have also reported them to my credit card issuer.Customer Answer

On November 7, I placed an order through Grabull and the food I received was very cold and had hair inside the meat. When I contacted customer service, they said I should receive some refund but I did not get any. The order number was #GB110763195858.Customer Answer
