  The delivery was good, but the person I spoke to at Mamelahs told me when I called ahead that my mother had ordered the food for pickup so I lost 45 minutes driving there and back when it was out for delivery.

  The food was delicious! The chicken kebab was a bit pricy to just come with a bit of greens, but there was a good amount of meat so I can't complain. It also took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. I see now this is to review grabull. They're fine, in the future I'll probably just call the restaurant myself.

  Why am I receiving multiple emails asking me if I received my order? I didnt order delivery, I went to pick it up- this isnt something that requires a follow up unless I initiate a complaint. Are people not receiving their orders when they use *********?

  Not sure if it is Grabull or the way the site was configured by the restaurant but there is no transparency on the fees charged by Grabull since both fees and taxes are not broken out. I paid as a guest without first creating an account and logging in so I was surprised that it went from checkout WITHOUT a summary of what was ordered and price breakdown to a page asking for your credit card info and pushing the order through.

  Less than 48 hours after using our Debit Card to place a purchase with a local restaurant via the Grabull service, that card was illegally used to make two expensive purchases from eneba.com. I am still working with my bank to reverse the charges, which is taking hours of my time. I contacted Grabull to notify them that they have a security issue the same day the unauthorized charges hit our debit card. The customer service representative told me they would discuss this with their manager and call me back, and now two days have passed without any contact. While an employee at Grabull could have abused our Personally Identifiable Information, it is also possible that they have a major security issue with their website or backend services, as eneba.com is a clearing house for highly fungible and difficult to trace game gift cards. I would not risk placing an order via Grabull, unless your idea of a good time is waiting on hold with your bank while you struggle to reverse unauthorized charges.
